      Dealing with this ******, ******* store has become a nightmare. I purchased an Astor rocking recliner in a color referred to as Mocha C137166 on 1/12/23. On the showroom floor it looks like a coffee and cream color, but when I received the chair it is a charcoal gray color in my home. The driver took a picture and when I questioned your manager I was told it was the right color, and he stopped the conversation saying he wasn't going to argue about it, his decision is final. When I questioned the color, he stated it was because of the lighting? If I was advised of this, I wouldn't have made the purchase. Attempted to find out what lighting Lazboy uses to turn a charcoal gray chair to a "Mocha" color, but no response. All calls and emails are being ignored. I will provide pictures of this chair outside in the natural sunlight that reveals it to be a gray chair, only in your showroom is it a "Mocha" color? What lighting do I use to turn it to the "Mocha" or coffee and cream color I purchased? It was never mentioned that this chair would change color due to lighting, but your manager, on the initial call, stated he was aware of this? I am told if returned it could cost me hundreds of dollars in loss, delivery charges, fabric protection cost, 30% restocking fee. Once they have your money, they all stop communications/resolutions. The color is wrong under any lighting except Lazboy lighting, lack of communication, don't care /we have you attitude leaves a lot to be desired from an independent Corporate store within a small community. I do see other customers having problems too. This is a short story about my dealing with this store. If the lighting is the cause, then please tell me what lighting you use? It seems this could be settled easily, but for some reason it isn't being settled. I can provide recent ignored email on 1/23/23. As a lifelong customer, Can't recommend this ******, **.
