I would give them zero if it was allowed. I inherited Clearwave Fiber because Hargray was switched over to them. Other than the one technician who installed the fiber optic modem at my house, everyone has been a nightmare to deal with. My monthly charge went up and the service went down. My service cut out routinely once a day for about a month before it stopped working altogether. I called the service desk and they assigned me a tech visit. The tech showed up late hour of the evening (6:30pm), handed me a new router and told me my router was bad and needed to be replaced without even looking at my existing router. He told me to setup the router myself when the green light comes on and left. When the new router didn't work, I called him back and he never answered. I called the service desk and they said someone would call me next morning. When that didn't happen, I called again and they told me they will send someone right away and again without fail no one showed up as expected. Called again and this time they got someone out first thing next morning. The tech that showed up told me I needed to get with "whoever" installed the box to open it because it had special key. I told him to call Clearwave and get the key because Hargray installed that box. Meanwhile when I looked, I was able to open the box for him using a simple flathead screwdriver. After all this fiasco, he was able to get my internet up and running. Needless to say, I will be kicking them out as soon as ******** internet is available at my address so that I don't have to deal with this non-sense, non-cooperative provide.

We were sorry to hear about this customers experience and appreciate the opportunity to provide a response. We understand the frustration the customer experienced while dealing with multiple issues. We were able to connect with the customer and come to a mutually agreeable solution. Its important to note that the most recent service issue occurred in the aftermath of Hurricane ******, which caused widespread power and service outages in the region. Our team worked diligently to restore services for all impacted customers as quickly as possible under difficult conditions. In this case, service was restored within a week of the customers initial call.We remain dedicated to providing reliable service, especially in challenging circumstances, and will continue to prioritize the timely resolution of service issues.

SCAM DO NOT SWITCH PROVIDERS. I switched my service from *** to Clearwave late last year. First, it took almost 4 months to get my service switched. I was switching 2 phone lines, the primary, and the fax/rollover line. Once we finally got switched they ran the line to my office but did not connect my phone lines, they said I have to get my own I.T. *** to hook them up. Once I got the lines hooked up things never quite worked correctly. We could not set our voicemail, they offered no help when we called instead they directed me to the website which was not updated and was of no use. After a month of phone calls and emails, they told me I would need a third line. 30 years we operated with 2 lines no problem but this new "state of the art cutting edge" company somehow could not provide the service quoted. I am not paying for a third line even though I signed a 5-year service agreement I am switching companies. JUST STAY AWAY

We had a door to door salesman come to our home to talk to us about Clearwave Fiber. My husband told him that he wanted to speak with me before a decision was made and told him he could send further information to us at my email address. The very same day I received an "order confirmation" email detailing our estimated monthly fee of $50, along with several other emails about scheduling information and setting up my online account. I would not recommend anyone do business with this company. I formally requested the account be cancelled on the 20th and explained an agreement was never made and still had no response as of the 28th, when I sent a second email telling them the account needed cancelled immediately. Finally received confirmation that the account was cancelled the 29th. Frustrating from start to finish and this experience alone ensures that I will never use them going forward.

Tried out this service because its the same price as my previous provider and promoted better speeds. Had it for a week and the broadband went down. Called them that same day and asked for a tech to fix the issue. Closest date they can come out is 8 days later. Why do they expect me to pay for wifi I cant use! Going back to the previous wifi company

Back in January, my internet/cable was interrupted due to the transition from Hargray to Clearwave. I reached out and spoke with the ** *** and she was instrumental in getting my business back up and running. Shortly after, I received a monthly statement with a $5.00 service fee. Fast forward to April and again the service was disrupted. I paid the outstanding balance of $15.00 and reached out to Clearwave and was told that I never had any accounts with them. I asked why I would be receiving a bill for $5.00 and was told that was a statement fee. The new ** reached out to me and explained there was an issue with the "updated paperwork" and that I would have to start the entire process over again in order to regain service. I decided to switch carriers as I needed to resume business immediately. I am pleased with my current service provider.Within the last two weeks, I have received multiple emails that my account was past due and the amount is around $400. I asked myself how did I go from not having an account in April to now having an account with a balance. I have emailed them (it probably a do not reply email) to let them kindly know that I will not be paying this bill. I now wonder if they set up another account with out my permission?
