    On January 25, 2023, this company was hired to install 8 cameras inside and outside the home as well as mount 7 TVs (hiding all wiring). The company failed to complete the job as expected. They failed to install 6 cameras, failed to hide the wiring behind 2 TVs, failed to use the correct face plates on all wired connections, drilled unnecessary holes throughout the home, failed to connect 2 **** cables, used the speaker cable for one of the brand new TVs instead of the brand new TV cable which accompanied the *** left wiring exposed, etc. I am asking to be refunded for the amount Ill have to pay the new company to make the corrections to the mounted TVs. Since they have to remove the TVs from the wall to hide the wires and apply the correct face plates, they are charging me full price. I also would like the holes left in my wall and garage repaired. Overall, this company wasnt bad. I think they just should have been upfront with their capabilities. The owner advised he didnt know how to run the wiring for the cameras, but it was after he installed 2 of them leaving holes in walls. I also had to keep reminding them about the **** cables. Which resulted in them not attaching and/or connecting 2.. they just attached one without hiding the wiring and didnt attach the another one at all. In the beginning I was told this would be a 4 hour job. It turned into 2 days and still the work wasnt completed. Again, I want to state the owner was kind. I dont have any issues with him as a person. I just do not appreciate some parts of the work rendered. He also refunded the amount for the camera installation since he didnt complete the task.
