Date of Transaction: January 2024 Amount Paid: Over $27,000 in upgrades Details of the Complaint: The business committed to providing a well-built home. However, we have encountered numerous issues: -Very loud squeaky floors -Chipped and damaged cabinets that are supposed to be brand new *** unsuable backyard that has gaping holes all over -Windows that have missing springs that fall down -The circuit box on the outside of the house does not lock or close *** electric panel that did not pass inspection (it caught fire earlier this year due to mis-wiring. they sent the same unlicensed electrician to replace it and it failed inspection again) -Continuous use of an unlicensed electrician to fix electrical issues that are never fully resolved -A 30-foot deck that failed inspection three times -The deck and electric panel not passing inspection could potentially be catastrophic for our family. They put us all in danger with there unsafe practices. We have been dealing with this builder for quite some time now, and within the last 1.5 years, we realized we need outside resources to intervene on our behalf. Whenever we reach out to them, they say they are willing to rectify our problems. However, they continue to cut corners by sending unlicensed contractors who perform substandard work that does not pass inspection. We are seeking intervention to ensure the safety and integrity of our home and to hold the builder accountable for their lack of quality and professionalism.

I am rejecting this response because: To whom this may concern: Regarding my previous Complaint ID: ******** I am writing to follow up on my previous I did not respond within the initial 7-day period because I wanted to allow the builder sufficient time to complete the work they had promised. However, after giving them ample time, I regret to inform you that I am still unsatisfied with the outcome. It appears that the complaint was closed prematurely, as I was not given the opportunity to provide my final response regarding the builder's performance. I would like to formally state that the work remains incomplete and unsatisfactory. Please advise if I need to submit a new review or if my complaint can be reopened. I believe it is important that my full experience be reflected, so other consumers can make informed decisions based on accurate and complete information. I appreciate your assistance in ensuring that this matter is handled fairly. Thank you for your time and consideration.

    Sincerely,

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution although not fully satisfactory still acceptable enough to finally be able to move on from this shady builder and close this complaint.  I wrote reviews to be posted about them on the BBB site however I see that none of what was written was posted on your site.  I really want consumers to be aware of who they are dealing with.  So please let me know how I can go about leaving a review.

    Sincerely,
