      On July 19, 2022 A-Plus priority plumbing came out to my house to fix the garbage disposal. While they did resolve that issue, they actually ended up causing a leak in the garbage disposal. I called them to come back out and try and resolve the issue since they broke it. Their Marietta location refused to come back out and look at without charging more money, even though they caused the issue. Since they won't come resolve the issue, I am having to hire another company to look at this. I want my $75 service charge back that paid them for a job that failed to provide the service it was supposed to.

      Sorry for your troubles however according to your complaint the issue was resolved I believe it was explained to you you cant break a garbage disposal by inserting the wrench and turning it.The reality is you watched the tech the whole time which was when you realized you could have that yourself only thing I can offer at this time is to replace the unit

      I am rejecting this response because: that is incorrect. You can break a garbage disposal by over turning the wrench, which is exactly what happened. It wasnt leaking before the wrench was turned. It is irrelevant that I watched the entire time. I would never hire your company again after being called a piece of s*** on the phone when sharing that you broke it.  We can settle this quick by issuing as refund, because when you make the issue worse you did not solve the problem.
