    I hired this company to remoldel my bathroom September 2, 2024. I was told that the project would only take three weeks and they have not finished. They have been waiting on glass since the end of September and each time I ask about the glass they give me a different story. Also, the drain for my shower has not been put in, and they also have a different story about that when I ask them to give me an update on when will it be installed. They will tell us that they are coming out to finish and they are a no show. This waste of time has happened several times. When I call to inquire as to what time they will arrive they will **** me a time and then will not answer after the time has past for them to arrive. The communication with them is awful. It makes no sense that I was given a time of completeion and it is now months past that time I I cannot get a response from Mountain Remodeling. The excuses I was given is unexceptable and i want my bathroom to be completed. I would like to get some money back if I have to hire someone to come in and finish what they could not. We have tried several times to contact them and they have not returned any calls. They have basically statred ignoring us.

    Hello,
    I do have a warranty with them and its proving to be difficult to contact them.  Therefore at this time I reserve the right to comeback of if I do have a problem.
