    BBB IS very Profesional and they know how to handle anyone's complains I email them about a situation I had with a Company where I bought my furniture and it was solved right of way ?? They are so helpful and thank you so much

    I have been playing Coin Master regularly. I made the purchases but on Sept 3 and 4, I realized that the spins can go higher than I usually get so I really played and was doing great. I had gotten through the other spins and on this particular one I had to collect ******* of a certain colorful item to hit the 225k + 40k spins and when I got to ******* items the game glitched and started completely over which is wrong. I called Apple but the lady couldnt see my purchases but on my accounts its proof. She told me to contact Coin Master through the game and if nothing was done I can dispute the transactions through my banks. The person from coin master told me exactly what I said then said refunds must be done by Apple. But how, if on their end my purchases arent showing **. In my purchase history on my phone I disputed every purchase made on the 3rd and 4th but Apple denied them, not knowing what has happened and even disagreeing with the dispute its only so many words allowed. This is a rip off and these people are making loads of money and not doing right. I closed the game account. The worst thing is having to type everything and not being able to talk to anyone. If youre making money off of me then you should be able to literally hear what I have to say.
