    Unethical business practices. Season ticket holders received an email telling them they would be charged for extra tickets and had ~10 days to opt out. These extra tickets were not asked for or requested by season ticket holders - the club just decided to set up an automatic purchase for tickets that were never requested and are not part of the *** season. To make matters worse, the email informing season ticket holders of this automatic charge (which no consent was given for) did not include any information on how much the charge would be or how to opt-out. Logging into the season ticket account portal also gave no information about these tickets. Emailing the club fan/ticket office was met with a sales pitch response to try to convince you not to opt out... still no information on how to opt out or how much the charge would be. After emailing back and forth again, another sales pitch was made, but this time a link for the opt out form was provided. The link worked, but it's unclear if the opt-out form worked as no confirmation page or email was triggered upon submitting - only a blank webpage loaded.In recent years the club has become more and more of a disappointment. Providing less value and treating season ticket holders and fans not as a part of a community, but as assets to be monetized to the maximum amount possible.
