    ***************************, contractor, and principal owner of Elite Styles Renovation LLC has not provided me with the repairs and renovations, that I paid an initial deposit of $2466.75 on 5-3-23 and a second draw, of $2466.75 on 5-12-23, that ******************************* requested in advance. Additionally, ******************************* claimed that he needed the funds to pay his workers and wouldn't normally ask for the second draw towards the labor charges. To my knowledge, *************************** doesn't have any workers and picked up two random guys on 5-5-23 to start on replacement to the siding, trim and to repair parts of the fence. To date, the only renovation that has been completed on the list for the original quote, dated 4-20-23 is the master bathroom, which took approximately three weeks to complete, and I was still not totally satisfied with ******************************* workmanship, inconsistent attendance, dishonesty, and frequent absences from the work site. I was stood up for several days and *************************** was a no show on many occasions and the excuses for not showing up to complete the job within a timely manner ranged from a flat tire on his truck, to a friend's vehicle getting broken into, as well as waiting on a guy to come home to get access to a ladder to work on the outside.The last day that ******************************* was onsite to work on the project was Wednesday, 5-24-23. ***** made a promise to my wife and I that he would be onsite with his crew, on Wednesday to complete the exterior work over several days. My tenants had guests coming into town for the Memorial Day weekend and I was preparing for surgery on 6-1-23. ***************************, myself, and my spouse agreed that all the exterior work should be done including: replacing the siding and trim around the windows, crown molding above the garage, paint, and finish the fence. ***** mutually agreed to finish the exterior. To date, ***** has not returned, responded to our calls or texts, responded to my letter and was paid $4933.50. Refund $3633.50
