    purchased a item from the seller,the box was missing safety parts, sent the product back due to missing safety part, was only given partial refund, seller commented that when they got the item back the safety pin was in the box, under no circumstance did I over look this pin, I went through the box and all bags several times looking for this pin. the item in question was a ceiling fan, and I was in the middle of installing it but had to stop because I could not find this pin.

    Customer was charged a restocking fee as item returned was damaged and not the original item shipped. It is our company policy that we will accept returns for items purchased on Amazon within ************************************************* original condition. This customer was very rude and aggressive. Customer called ******  and start calling me a b**** I explained to the customer to call back within business hours and we will try and resolve the issue. Customer continued to be verbally aggressive.
