    knew it was gonna be a ***** situation today- the cashier stated at the beginning of the situation. now im no expert, but i believe customer service isnt supposed to be like this.. especially over a $15 fee to park your car here sounds more to me like a scam. but to HARASS someone, while on the clock is a super bold move my baby sister (who is a minor) was hit by a truck the night before & couldnt get her car home without changing the tire or tow service, which as anyone would if it can still run try to get it home to get it fixed, deal with insurance etc. apparently this ********* ***** manager has her own cute little law that everyone who parks overnight has to pay $15!!!! now that would've been no issue if the approach was better but to walk out of the store you work at immediately cussing about quite literally fifteen dollars at an approachable family is disgusting. so we visited to get her name today, but before we could even ask, we got told a lovely story (in the beginning of this clip) that 2 were knocked out by said manager & taken to jail. Not sure who owns this place, but this seems to be a common occurrence so if you want your gas or munchies in this area, go ****** *** ****** is cleaner anyways.

    Hello to whom it may concern, this is the owner of the store responding to your message. First of all, my employee doesn't have her own cute little "law" but we do charge everyone $15 for an over night parking fee. Moreover, this is a private property and not public space. I was on the phone when arguments were happening and I have heard profanity words from your end such as FAT BI***. However, as an owner of the store I personally would like to apologize for any inconvinience. But this is a private property and we do charge $15 for an over night parking fee.
