    What an absolute quagmire of a company. From day one after signing the contract, the men who installed the equipment were unprofessional, creepy and rude. Now that I had to move and cancel my service, they have been rude, unprofessional, misinformative, and incompetent. I would never recommend this service to anyone. Use any other security company but this one. I was told I'd be contacted by a supervisor, but yet still was only contacted by rude customer service members.

    **************, last year you signed an agreement to have services for a set amount of time. Moving does not relieve you from this agreement. You moved into an area that we service and could have transferred the service to.
