  This company was referred to me by another company. I explained to both companies what we were needing to accomplish. The owner came out gave me a price and then one he did some work said he's going to need more money. I asked him how much and called my husband to speak with him. He quoted me a $100 more than he quoted my husband once he spoke with him. Strike 1. He than said he needed more material so he'll be back tomorrow but asked for the money up front. I explained 8 wasn't comfortable giving him the money up front most people receive payment once the job is finished but I gave him $100 of the full amount. Once he left I went to the bathroom and the toilet wouldn't flush there was no water coming in. I tried the faucet and no water. Went to other bathroom no water either. The kitchen faucet only worked. I called him back phone went straight to voicemail. I called the guy who referred him explained what was going on and he informed me he'd get in touch with him. He finally called me back came out said he was finished but water never worked. He didn't finish the job and now our didn't work. We had to call a plumber out to get the water working back in our house. And once he had the water working at house it seemed the pipes outside was leaking we had to get someone to come back out to fix the work that he supposedly was supposed to do and the damage she calls we understanding almost a $1,000. Now we spent money that we didn't have I'm crying out of a job but it had to be done. I would prefer if he would have been truthful saying this job that he couldn't do then doing the work and causing us all the frustration and damage to say he did. Everyone who has did work for us has always ask for payment after the work was completed never before. They stand by they work and the quality of their work!

  This lady is a total lie. She is a scammer, her and here husband. After I repair what they wanted me to I told them it would cost more to fix the other side, and I also told them to just pay me for what I did and they insist on giving me more to fix the other side after I got everything tied in the water was working from what she told me then call me back instead of water wasnt working and I offered to come back with a plumber and she refused. I have proof.

  I have proof from a plumber, an actual irrigation company that had to complete his work, and the company that did our driveway. He was supposed to cap and move sprinkle heads and then move the irrigation lines over so we would still be able to use after the driveway was extended. I also have pictures of the sprinklers on the sides he was supposed to cap still that were never done. The company that we hired had to complete his work. My husband definitely lost faith in him! He left and never told us he was leaving. We went outside to look for him, but he was gone. Instead, he sent a text asking if we were going to pay him the rest of the money. I asked where he was, we were looking for him he stated he was wet, so he left. At that point I asked that he speak with my husband, so they spoke on the phone and that conversation defiantly did not go well. When he used profanity, my husband did not want to speak or have any other dealings with him. He called me a scammer; however, he quoted me one price when I told him what we needed done. Then he quoted me a 2nd price when he got to the other side of the driveway of two hundred dollars more. I told him my husband wasn't going to pay that much so he quoted me another price, but when he got on the line with my husband, he quoted him a different price. I'm not the one to go back and forth. We're still spending money for the work and damages. He was referred to us and I didn't include the person who referred him to us. I called and text him because I was iffy on this guy work ethics and asked him should I be concern. He said he was out of parts and needed to come back tomorrow morning but asked for the money up front which was a red flag. No one else who's done work for us asked for money up front without competing a job. We found out about the water problem after he left. I went to use the bathroom, and the toilet did not flush and went to wash my hands and no water. This happened after the owner left, and we found out about the water issues. I called the owner after he left but his phone took me straight to voice mail. We also have cameras which record, and you can see the guy working on the 2nd part of the yard, me coming out to talk with him after he text me more money. At that point giving him the phone to talk to my husband at that point he asked for the extra money and said oh you can give me a $100 for the other side. Now less take into count he told me one price for the job. Now this was posted in hopes that the next person he does work or a job for, will not fall into the same predicament. Also, to the owner, if there's a job that you're not sure you can do, just let the person know, up front it'll save you and them time and Money! There are text messages between him and I but from a number ************.

  DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT use this company! I got an estimate from them for $3,700 for dirt, spreading it, and grass due to low areas in my yard. Told them I really only wanted to spend $3,000 and they agreed wanting a $2,000 up front payment which my stupid self gave them the day of the estimate which was 5/29/24. Had to call and call just to get them back to my property and it took them a month to halfway complete a weekends worth of work. They were recorded on my ring camera talking about having *** with me which I still have the footage of. They also continued to ask for $ with me sending another $200 and buying my own hay, grass seed, and they were using my *****, shovels, etcBrought all their children to work with them which were unruly and would only work a couple of hours when they came. I supplied a cooler of drinks and when they were finished with the bottles they would just throw them in the yard or my neighbors yards which I had to pick up. Stole my *****, shovels, pitch forks, and grass seed I had purchased. Also a month later when they said it was done which btw it wasnt asked for another $2,500. When I refused to pay they called the law and to just get rid of them I gave them a check for $1,500 and was told by them Id see them in court which I knew I wouldnt. They took one rake that was my deceased fathers and I even offered to pay them $100 to get it back which he then blocked my number. The poor guy that was bringing the dirt which was supposed to be 8-9 loads had to get in touch with me via messenger because ***** would not give him my number because ***** the landscape owner had not paid him for the 5 loads he brought stating I never paid for the job. Sent him photos of my check stubs and explained the situation. So I didnt even get the loads of dirt I was told I got. Had ordered two pallets of grass and only got one which was dead when they laid it. Also I was out there helping lay grass and the hay *****. Damaged my trees also.

  This is when the conversation 1st started between us May 30, ************************************************************* should I cut it from 1/2 acre to 1/4 acre?I told her to cut it back ******************************************************************************************************************************************* Then she kept talking about the silk fence and hay ***** How much silt fence you think we need? Ive got to pick up the hay ***** and grass seed tomorrow i responded ok June ****** she text me Good morning ?? I know its a lot of pics just wanted to make you aware of one reason why the water is coming onto my property. There are three decent size tree trunk pieces someone has placed there. I did call the city about it. Also in pics after those is a few areas I saw run off ditches. I need to go get the hay and seed also the silt fencing that ***** said he may have some I can borrow. I will order the half acre of hay to be sure and at least 200 ft of silt fence if you think thats going to do it. I told her yeah she only paid for one pallet of sod If you want to you can cash app me 200 and Ill go ahead and get the grass *************************************************************************************************** Then she offered us drinks as well. June 7, 2024 ******************************************************************************************************************************************** June 13 ***** this is me responding to her about the dirt & the price I told you that I would look out for you because you know **** and **** referred me to you whatever and I told you I do the job for 4250 I believe and you said that was too much so I told you Ill do nine loads for 36 and you insisted that you would do 3800 but looking at the property we dont need nine loads we put out five loads so whatever you was going to pay those people to put out six loads for 3600 just deduct $200 from the ********************************* for land and putting up the silk so what we left will be 1700 what you owe me thanks ******************************************************************************************************************************************** this was us in the process of grading the yard June 10, 2024 yard before we started ******************************************************************************************************************************************** i have more proof she is laying

  Brian ******** of Riverside Landscape took $4800 of our money and did not do the work. He did not show up for 12 days, came and took the trailer full of dirt we had paid for, rutted our lawn and left debris everywhere. We filed a case against him in Magistrate Court and obtained a judgment for which we cannot collect because he's been in bankruptcy 7 times and has no assets.

(Lift) ____________________ $3,560 - $1,000 ____________________ $2,560 - $1,000 (underbrush) ____________________ =$1,560. (This is the amount that will be reimbursed)Then She threatening me about she a lawyer i offer to give her a refund she refused I will not accept a check for $1,560.00. I will add the cost of the dirt for $600.00 in there also. Send us a check for ******** and we will move on and you can move on from this bad experience. I worked for attorneys for **************************************************** the amount of $4,610. If the check is not received within 10 days, we will proceed with legal proceedings, including but not limited to, civil, civil and any also contacting your insurance company.This review needs to be removed all the proof she lied
