    I went to the hotel on June 10 with a checkout date of June 12th, 2022., I already paid for the hotel room through a third party booking company called OYO. This company advertised a nice hotel with a pool. When I checked in the front desk told me I had to pay a cash deposit of $50. Again I had already paid for the room. So I had to use ATM to take out money which I would get back on checkout. Since i only had $60 that is what she took and said they had no change. The pool was not in working order. Our first room had dead roaches and a terrible smell. They changed our room. The next room had no hot water, no phone, no refrigerator. Than the tv didn't work. The maint guy came 3 times that night and was not able to fix it. When we left I spoke with front desk ******* who told me they dont open until 9 am and if i leave early they will mail it or send it via "cash app". I have not received my money yet! They first told me that only the manager can give me the money and she broke her leg and they dont know when she will be back. After weeks of text and calls with no response I than finally get told that the place was sold and that I needed to take it up with new owner., ******* ****. *************. I reached out to him and he continues to tell me to call ****** ************ that still works at hotel. He tells me that she has the money. She tells me he has it. I checked in and checked out of a business. I gave the cash deposit and would like my money back. I did nothing wrong and don't deserve this. whatever happened with ownership and whoever it was at that time I deserve my cash deposit back. I think it is very bad business that I could't get my deposit back because the manager broke her leg? That has nothing to do with me. Please help me get my cash deposit back. This hotel is a shame. Nothing works, they are rude too. No one even picks up when you call. This place should be shut down.
