I entrusted my home to Robin in 2016 with the expectation and confidence that she would act on my behalf to oversee the well being of the property. Overtime I noticed that basic maintenance was being ignored such as pressure washing, cutting trees from the house, routine inspections and timely repairs.I gave the benefit of the doubt for 3 years before returning from ******* for a surprise visit; I was appalled at what I found. Despite her constant claims of managing the property I discovered squatters in my home hiding in a bedroom with the door lock who was apparently subleasing from the tenants. The home was extremely damaged with holes in walls, destroyed carpets, broken closets and fire detectors, water damages, full gutters, dirty siding etc etc. my wife and I were devastated, it no longer felt like our home.Besides the mismanagement of the property, there were more and more occurrences of money being spent from the rent on random unapproved and overpriced work with seemingly no results. There was very poor communication. Rent was constantly late even when the tenants paid, and when they did pay late, I sporadically received the late payment. The team was responsible for paying my HOA fees so I entrusted this would happen bi-annually before I even received my rent. The money was coming out for the payment but upon termination of my relationship with Robin I discovered that my HOA account was $900 delinquent and a lien was placed on my property. Her screening process resulted in two tenants being placed in the home that caused incomprehensible damages. When she provided photos of the home she strategically avoided damages and areas that would cause concern. Upon hiring a new company I received direct pictures of all damages and degrades which told a totally different story. I am still overseas and rely on honest depictions of the state of my home.

The Property Manager (*************************) that was overseeing Mr. ********* home the entire time until the last year is the same property manager he is using now with Re/Max Accent. She (******) was employed for me for years and unfortunately on my behalf I trusted her management ability which failed miserably. The mailing address for Mr. ********* ***************** to come to was not the correct address for the last year so therefore, the bills were never received by our Company. No one was allowed to change any *** information other than the homeowner.. Once, I was made aware of the situation I immediately went to the *** office and paid the *** fees and late fees myself. The same Property Manager that is handling his property is the same person who allowed squatters to live in his home. Mr. ********* home was inspected every 6 months by Property Manager and her assistant and was reported back to him.The team he is referring to is the same Property Manager that was terminated by my Company for the reasons listed. ******************** did not terminate his management agreement with our Company until this Spring. I would think if he was so unhappy with our Company he would have terminated much sooner.I think anyone that knows the real situation here can read between the lines.

In addition to Mr. ********* complaint of late rent payments. His current Tenant went on medical leave due to pregnancy difficulty and I assisted the Tenant to get GOVERNMENT FUNDS TO PAY THE PAST DUE AMOUNT INCLUDING THE LATE FEES WHICH ******************** WAS PAID IN FULL FOR HIS AMOUNT.

The comments posted by this business demonstrates a clear lack of accountability. I have never experienced a professional organization directly blame an employee. When contracting a service there is a expectation that quality will be delivered regardless of who performs the service. The managers job is to ensure all employees are train and deliver consistent results; this is called quality assurance. I am not surprised by the lack of professionalism as whenever relevant concerns were raised via email they were always deflected verse a commitment to improve.
