    We provided parts and a service to *** ******. When we picked up his golf cart it was not in running condition due to the 12v battery being charged at 20 volts due to a bad voltage regulator that damaged his battery. When we returned the golf cart it was in running condition which was the requested service. The day after returning the cart, *** ****** called and said that the cart would not run. At that time I instructed him to choke the engine while cranking when cold outside. The cart cranked up and ran fine as he said he had no idea there was a choke on the cart. He call back a few days later saying that the cart was not running again so I scheduled a service call to his home to diagnose the cart. Upon arrival I turned the key on, pressed the pedal, and engaged choke. The cart operated as it should. I drove the cart around with *** ****** present. That same day *** ****** called and said the cart was not running and rudely demanded that I call him to discuss a refund. I have atleast 10 voicemails saved that contain abusive and disrespectful language.  At that time I advised him that we respectfully decline to do business with him moving forward. I asked him not to call anymore as his calls were harassing. He continued to call until he filled my voice-mail box where I could no longer receive messages. I eventually had to block this individual and that's why he made his complaint.

    I am rejecting this response because:


    To who it might concern.as I told you I'm 67 yes old and disable. I'm not good on internet. Add all o ask is for the cart is still doing the same thing it was when they picked it up. Of the cart was working as o hoped it would I would not be calling anyone. Sense they have brought it backbits left me 2 tomes to walk back to my house with a cane. The fact is if the battery was bad it would not be doing the she thing as before. Witch tells me the battery that was in it was not bad. Doing same thing. I'm to old to stress about a crooked company taking advantage of a senior. The cart is doing same thing as of was doing
    Before. So if they can go to sleep at night with this kind of work. I have high blood pressure along with blind on left side. So on closing. The golf cart is doing the same thing it was doing before maybe the choke is bad. O have a recording of the cart trying to start more than once.I've said all I can say without telling you lies.
