  12/9/22 ***** ********* answered a request I put in to ****** List for estimates for fencing. He measured yard footage and offered a privacy fence alternative that sounded feasible at the time. He generated the estimate $4785.50 for everything. Requested ($3700.00 cash). I thought that was steep for initial payment but, he whined almost the entire time how work was scarce and the horrific homeowners he encountered. I paid him he came the following Monday with some boards in a truck and did not put them where I advised him in the back yard but, close to the side of my home and by it being wet all that pile of wood slid and crashed into my vinyl siding. Had he listened he would avoid this calamity. Drug my job out for bout 2 weeks, working other jobs after he promised the opposite. He then began his requests for more money, mind you he tried several times to get paid early and get a high rating long before completion. His last two requests were for 218.00 for wood and 200.00 for additional labor then another 80.00 for more wood. He said he was lining the bottom of the fencing inside and outside to alleviate a gap due to the unlevel land surface and the other 80.00 he spit out some jibberish. I told him I wanted invoices/receipts and according to him that was fine until I kept asking him to repair my house time after time he lied and said he was going to and he got his money. Each call and/or text (the ones he answered,) began to get darker and more rude. He spoke and acted as if I was the problem after he received $5298.50 of my money and eventually called and cursed me out, in foul language and filthy ethnic slurs and degrading language because I wanted the fence completed and my house repaired before he and his worker threw the wood lazily causing damage in the first place. He stopped calling until I contacted ****** and issued the rating I did. I extended him perhaps too much courtesy because I thought he was somewhat honest. SO UNTRUE. My home unrepaired.
