      We've used High Priority Plumbing previously and had good service. We had a leak in toilet and called for a repair. The wax ring needed to be replaced and we also asked to replace the entire toilet. The plumber was cordial and efficient. He bought the toilet at ****** for $200 and installed in it in about an hours time. The bills was $625 total - $200 plus $425. We asked for a detailed invoice for all charges and parts. After 3 emails and 2 phone calls the response from High Priority Plumbing was unacceptable. They refused to provide any breakdown of the total. The stated in email they have 1 price for a task and they do not offer any details. For a wax ring plus the toilet and let's estimated $90 for the showing up as a service charge they are charge over $300 per hour labor. Needless to say we will be looking for another plumbing service. We asked several times for what we thought was a reasonable request for more a more details on the charges. There are too many options to accept an arrogant approach to business.

      Our records indicate that ************** arrived on 02/12/2024 to provide an estimate for the replacement of the customer's toilet. Following our flat-rate pricing model, we presented a quote of $625 for the service, which the customer agreed to. We understand that the technician efficiently completed the replacement on the same day, spending a total of 3 hours on the job, including travel time to the home and the part supplier.The material cost for the job amounted to $243.65, and we want to emphasize that our pricing structure is based on a flat rate. This means that the cost remains fixed, regardless of the actual time spent on the job. We believe in transparency, and we encourage our customers to ask any questions they may have before approving service to ensure a clear understanding of the scope and cost of the work. The finalize this statement the customer agreed to the cost at the time of service, if there were reservations at the time of service the technicians could of addressed them then. This customer left ************** a 5 out 5 star rating after the service was performed.

      My name is *************, and Im sharing my experience with High Priority Plumbings services at my residence. High Priority Plumbing was dispatched through my American Home Shield policy to address an overflowing toilet issue. During the initial visit, the plumber removed the toilet and attempted to resolve the problem by draining and snaking it. However, shortly after their departure, the issue resurfaced.High Priority Plumbing returned for a second visit, using a camera to inspect the pipes connected to the toilet. Their assessment indicated that the problem was outside my home unit, suggesting it was the homeowners associations responsibility. I contacted my homeowners association, and their plumber found that the issue was actually within the unit, providing photographic evidence of a cracked pipe.I am deeply disappointed with the service I received from High Priority Plumbing, both their representatives and the plumbers they sent. I paid nearly $2000 for two separate services, neither of which resolved my homes issue. I called back to High Priority and explained the new plumbers report and they would not acknowledge their error or provide any reimbursement. I cannot recommend High Priority Plumbing to anyone based on this experience.

      High Priority Plumbing first serviced the overflowing toilet on 07/12/2023. We received a work order from the warranty company. The technician determined we needed to pull the toilet in order to clear the stoppage due to the blockage being in the sewer line not the toilet. After pulling the toilet and running the sewer machine the technician was able to clear the line. The technician also notice the toilet was running so he replaced the fill valve, and no further issues. On 07/28/2023 customer placed a recall with the warranty company on the same toilet for the same malfunction. We returned to the home and determined we needed to run a camera and locator to investigate why there was another stoppage. The technician found a soft tissue blockage with the camera and took pictures. Once he cleared it he ran the camera back down and found the sewer line had back fall. The locator located the camera under the driveway. At this point ************** notified the customer this would fall under the *** responsibility. We have not received photos of the cracked pipe from the customer. The stoppage and back fall in the pipe were both found outside of the home. At this time we have provided our honest diagnosis with photos to validate it.
