On July 8th, 2022, we signed a contract for our bathroom renovation. Towards the end of ******************* began the project after I completed the demolition. Over 7 months there were so many issues encountered. Two different colors of caulking were used on the backsplash of the vanity. The shower glass was the biggest nightmare of the entire situation. ******'s and his crew installed chipped glass on one occasion, warped glass on another occasion, and then chipped glass on the 3rd occasion. There were huge gaps where the glass was supposed to meet up with the back wall and the bench. The door was installed leaning .25 inches in on the top from the bottom. ****** and his crew installed the vanity and plumbing under the sink. During the installation of the shelf under the ********************** and his crew forced the shelves in, causing the plumbing to shift hard to the left and start leaking. I got run around after run around. I stayed home on the days they told me to and waited for them to show, and they never did. After 7 months of inconvenience, headache, runarounds, holes in my wall from bringing shower glass in, and my family not being able to use our bathroom fully, they offered us $500, which is the biggest slap in the face. The glass still has a scratch in it, you ran over my sign in the yard, and the paint finish on the ceiling is messed up, but $500 off. I had to point out every discrepancy because they are apparently ok with doing work of the way good. Also, it is evident that you used a different colored grout on the shower tile that was replaced because it looks dirty. ****** installed a sink basket in my kitchen just over a year ago, and it started leaking. Not only did he send his plumber over, but he said he would fix it, but for a fee. After just over a year, the sink should not be leaking, and it would not be leaking had it been installed correctly. ****** put the cardboard piece between the sink and the rubber seal, which eventually allowed it to leak.
