If you need a new roof, you need to choose Patriot Pros. Quality and excellence is what you will get from them. I met ****, the owner, while he was having lunch at the place next door to my work. I needed a roofer and wanted a few people to come look at it to tell me what they think needs to be done to repair the damage. One company that I had come look at my roof is one of those storm chasing kind of companies. I'm so pleased that I did not choose them to fix my roof. That person said that they were going to call me with their assessment. I still haven't heard from them. **** at Patriot Pros exceeded my expectations. Not only was he pleasant to work with, he did everything he said he was going to do and did it in a timely manner. He was on time for my assessment appointment. Then within ***** hours I had 3 quote options for repairing the roof. Once I decided my option, **** met with my insurance adjuster to help facilitate that process. Next, once I heard from my insurance company we set a day for the repair. **** told me that they would be there at 7:30am. They were very punctual. Also, they asked me ahead of time to leave my driveway clear so that the construction dumpster could be dropped off. His crew covered all my plants with tarps to protect them from old roof removal debris. As they got started that morning I watched for a little while before I myself went to work. His crew works with great efficiency, like a well oiled machine. This project was estimated to take 2 days. They only needed one day. The only thing that carried over to day 2 was the picking up of the dumpster. I am so very pleased that I chose Patriot Pros to replace my roof. My new roof is beautiful. **** and his team took ***** care on finding out the problem of our soon to be Three year old roof! They were Neat,Professional and found some of the Problems out that the tract builder said was purely cosmetic. **** helped us on the first step to getting this roof fixed. Patriot Pros Roofing just finished installing a new roof on my house and repairing the siding on my Dormer Windows (Feb 28, 2024). I am so glad that I decided a month ago to select them to do the job. ******* and ***** (his wife) were great! They kept me informed throughout the process and answered any and all my questions. Their crew was fantastic! They worked hard every day (and literally the whole day). Their craftmanship and work ethic was beyond my expectation. Watching them remove my old roof, install the new roof, and repair my Dormer Windows was amazing. Everyone knew what was expected of them at that moment, and they worked as a team! Jamie P**** and her team were honest, courteous, professional, dependable and efficient. They communicated and worked as a well coordinated team focused on ensuring the installation was done right the first time and that the roof and shingle lines were accurate. They were careful to protect the property during the entire project and extremely detailed during cleanup. BEST COMPANY IN TOWN!After interviewing 6 roofing companies to ensure we were getting a the most exstensive warranty and professional crew, I knew immediately I was going to hire **** with Patriot Pros upon meeting him.Im THRILLED we went with Matts team. They were timely, kind, communicative and did the best clean-up job of any contractor weve hired to date. I'm very happy with my new roof from Patriot Pros. They are professional, friendly, and punctual. I chose GAF UHDZ shingles with Deck Armor underlayment and was surprised by the affordable price. With their GAF Master Elite certification, I felt confident in their work.The whole job was quick and easy. The owner met with my insurance adjuster and finished the roof in just a week. The roof looks great and the owner was always quick to answer my questions. I highly recommend Patriot Pros for anyone needing reliable and affordable roofing services.Patriot Pros Roofing
