  We requested service on our AC unit on 5/28/23 through AHS and they assigned HMH HOLDINGS LLC aka Hile construction llc to the service. They came out 1 time the following Tuesday replaces the capacitor and said we needed a new motor and that he would order one and would be back the following Tuesday. That was the last time we heard from him. I have made several attempts through AHS to get updates and to contact Patrick H*** AHS and each time it has been the same thing him telling them he will call me and he never does. There have been 2 appointments made and they have never shown! It is now July and our AC is not fixed! Mr.Hiles track record seems to be lies, no shows, and basically not doing the job he had been contracted to do! If you have a home warranty and HMH HOLDINGS LLC appears as the contractor assigned to the service your request IMMEDIATELY call your home warranty and ask that it be reassigned otherwise you will be waiting for a long time to get anything done.

  Patrick quoted us on removing our old deck and rebuilding and adding a roof. We paid him half to get started. He started on July 5th. From the beginning, i had concerns about them not showing up for multiple days in a row, only staying some days 1 hour to 3 hours max, and just over all missing communication and drive. We have had several talks about what we expect. We were not even pushing the timing. We just wanted communication if someone wasnt planning on showing up. After the third talk, he did start communicating. I basically told him i was going to fire him. I gave them another chance. After seeking some council on this matter, I was advised to ask him for the permit because we knew this deck wouldnt pass inspection. He told me of course he had a permit,. I asked him to bring it to me. He called me the next day and told me he couldnt find it. He said he called the permit place to get a copy of it and they wouldnt give him a copy. He said it was because he didnt have insurance and that i would have to get the permit myself. RED FLAG! I asked him on 9/3 about the permit. He told me he did have one. I called the permit place myself to investigate this on 9/7. They told me that the only time a permit was requested on my property was on 9/5. He lied to me. They also said he tried to get the permit by saying he was the owner of the house. WOW. I called Patrick and fired him. I asked him for my money back because i am out that money and now have to pay someone to take this terrible attempt of a deck down. Im out money and have no deck. He told me i wasnt getting a penny back and that i owed him for the labor. WOW again. Later he said he isnt asking for anything as far as labor goes. So Beware! Dont get done like i did. All i wanted was a deck and good communication. Never again with this company. We have had 3 different construction companies come out and everyone of them said its a wreck and wouldnt pass inspection. I have pictures

  This is probably the worst company that you could ever do any business with. So please if anyone ever recommend them to do any ac work for you stay away from them. American Home Shield sent them out to do work to my ac unit and all they did was absolutely nothing. I've never done anything to them I didn't even know about them and all they did is lie. just did not communicate anymore with me . They told me 5 times and they told AHS 3 different times that they were coming to my home and they were a no show and didn't even call to say that they weren't coming. I only hope that a lot of people will see this post and never do any business with them in the future and hopefully their business will end ..... that's even if you could call it a business. JUST HORRIBLE!!!!

  Mr. ***** I didn’t lie to you once we had to order the board it had to come straight from Trane the manufacturer of your unit and I told you that from the start, you proceeded to call American Home Shield and complain like it was going to get the part here any faster I can’t help with the issues that the supply chains are having that is out of my control have a nice day and enjoy your fixed A/C unit.
