      Hired Roto Rooter
      They tore up more than they fixed. Drain supposed to be unclogged, still draining slow. I always, always let them know within their 30 day period. They knew.

      Supposedly fixed sink in kitchen, while installing new faucet. Then gained a new leak after work. And faucet not fixed correctly. Along with damage because of leak.

      Again l let them know about the problem.

      Supposed to put in new fixtures in tub. Sawed off part of fixture. Left, came back couldn't reattach what was sawed off. No part to replace. Left me with new shower head leaking, and no cold water access for over month all while waiting for them to come back again they knew within the 30 days. Fixture and tub damaged.

      And guy chipped a part of tub while sawing off fixture. No water in heat wave of summer. Had to shower at work.

      Guy came back one time and put on a universal after I had to take showers at my work for over month.

      Finally they tried to say leaks were from a valve and wanted to charge me another $500, all the while fixing and causing leaks every where, and water damage. Nobody ever checked any valve under the house. Ever! If I could have been that why charge me almost a thousand dollars then come up with that?

      Now my fixure will never match again. Tub is chipped. Has caused me great stress since they won't return calls. Guys at this place are always rude and unprofessional.

      My payments have been around $1000. I have to now repair my tub, and figure out what to do about exposed fixtures that don't or cover openings. I will send copies of checks to your email.

      Very, very rude would not give any address to meet at to discuss problems.

      I think something is very wrong with a business you can't get an address for.

      My resolution would be for them to file it on their insurance, and give my money back for deceiving me and causing damages and stress.

      5/6/23   We sent tech out to unstop multiple drain lines at the house and charged $337.50.

      6/16/23  We sent tech out to remove dishwasher for disposal and install customer supplied **** faucet.  Charged $425.99.  We also cleared the kitchen sink at no charge.

      6/20/23   We sent tech out to replace dishwasher wye, and repair Crane tub and shower faucet.  We charged $285.00.

      7/20/23   We sent tech to repair shower faucet and install universal handle on cold stem at no charge.

      There were several phone calls from Ms. ******* between 7/20/23 and 9/23/23 rescheduling her appointment due to illness.

      9/23/23   Ms. ******* requested an appointment to fix some things and replace the pressure reducing valve.  Requested 10/27/23 in the afternoon.  This was also rescheduled due to illness.

      12/18/23   *** suggested Ms. ******* meet with ***** and **** regarding repairs that need to be done.

      1/30/24   We sent tech to talk to Ms. ******* to give her a price on the repairs she needed but also to find out anything that we might have done that needed to be repaired.  She told **** she didn't have any money to pay for repairs.

      2/15/24   ***** Stephens went to Ms. ******* to talk to her about the problems she was having.  She showed him the hand held shower that was leaking.  ***** hand tightened the fitting that was leaking and it stopped.  She told ***** there was a leak at the kitchen sink and the faucet was loose.  ***** tightened the kitchen sink faucet and found a leak on the old basket strainer.  Ms. ******* showed ***** a crack on the vent going out the roof.  Ms. ******* showed ***** the tub faucet.  It was suggested that the faucet be replaced because of its age and availability of parts.  She agreed.  ***** told her he would give her a price on the leak under the kitchen sink, the tub faucet replacement, and the repair on the vent line, and call her the next day.

      2/16/24   Ms. ******* called the office at 4:50 pm.  ***** was notified and asked that Ms. ******* be notified that he would call her back in about 30 minutes.  It was about an hour and a half when ***** called her back.  When she answered the phone, Ms. ******* started screaming at ***** and threatening him.  In light of this, ***** suggested it was best she find another plumbing company to do her work.  ***** wasn't able to give her the estimate because of all the screaming.  Ms. ******* had a couple of other companies come out but would not come back is what she told our dispatcher.
