    I completed the required cancellation documents required for gap, extended warranty and roadside coverages and asked them to be sent to my lender ***** ***** ****. This was on April 5, 2023. I have contacted **** Wilson numerous times by email checking on the status. He has had an excuse every time as to why it’s not done. Since I am a controller in the car business for 32 years, I know when a customer cancels products, it costs the F&I manager money in their pay that month. I have given plenty of time and fair warning asking for the refund to be sent. As of today, July 16, 2023, nothing has been sent and applied to my account. This is absolutely not ethical. I have been having to pay interest on this money since, and **** made sure to hit us hard on that factor too. So I am paying an even higher interest rate than I should. This is not fair to the consumer and it is poor management to allow these actions from an employee. This dealer needs to hire people to handle their jobs effectively and cares about customer service. This person and company DO NOT care about the customer, only their pockets and bottom line.

    We had purchased a 2022Puma from Northgate RV in Alcoa TN in Aug 2021…we camped a day and noticed it had some issues so we called Northgate RV in Ringgold GA as it was closer to us and the sister company to Alcoa location. We asked if they could fix the few issues leaking shower, roof wasn’t sealed doors wouldn’t stay shut, and a few others they said they could fix and set me appt for Oct 2021 a little before appt they called and said they were short handed due to covid so they bumped me to Dec 2021. Got another call saying they were still behind and moved us to Feb 2022. So in Feb 2022 we took camper to be fixed at Ringgold location. They kept it until end of June 2022 we needed back to go on vacation they had still not fixed any of the issues it had just sat there…we went on vacation at the end of June 2022 and brought the camper back to them the last week of July 2022. At this point the awning had came off and would not work properly so we asked them to add this to the list of things to be fixed. We left the camper and didn’t hear from anyone for awhile so we called to check on it and they would always tell us they were short handed. Now it’s June 2023 and we still don’t have our camper they have had this time almost a year and haven’t fixed it! We told them we needed back to go on vacation. They called in February 2023 and told us it was ready so we went to pick up and opened the camper and noticed they had put a rusted tire on the floor and damaged the floor. We refused to take the camper because they had damaged it. They admitted to the damage and told us they would fix. it’s June they said it was ready again my husband went to pick it up and the floors are awful. They are so bad I cried my brand new camper is ruined and they refuse to fix it they even called the police to us. All I asked was for the camper to be fixed like it was when they took it a year ago. Emily told me they fixed it and they were done with us. The floors are ruined I can send pics..

    My husband (****** ******) and I purchased a brand new Keystone Montana fifth wheel from Northgate RV Center in Ringgold, GA on 5/26/22. This brand new camper has had numerous issues since we bought it in May. We signed all of the paperwork, purchased our new RV on 5/26/22. We took it camping on 5/27/22 and noticed a few repairs that needed to be made. We brought our RV back to the dealership on 6/4/2022 for repairs and they told us they would call us when it is repaired and ready to pick up. We never received a call. My husband called the dealership on 6/28/2022 to ask if our RV was ready to pick up. He was told that the repairs had not been completed because the Service Manager never turned in the sheet that listed the repairs. By this time our RV had been at the dealership for 3 weeks. We picked our RV up on June 29, 2022 for our second camping trip. On this trip the air conditioner unit would not work. and brought it to the dealership on 7/6/22. We told them we didn't know why the AC went out, it worked great on our first trip. They told us that the AC in it was a temporary AC that they had in the shop and that the original AC was not working and they had order a new AC for it. When we signed the paperwork to purchase the RV, this was not disclosed. They told us they would call us when the AC was repaired. Again, we never received a call. On the September trip the recliners would not recline, the TV did not work, the refrigerator stopped working and the automatic leveling system did not work. We brought it to the dealership again. We have had problems with the RV on every trip. My husband told them that the RV has been in their shop more than we have been able to camp in it and they should replace it with an RV that is in good condition. He was told that this is why we purchased a warranty and they would not take the RV back. We are very disappointed with this dealership and with the RV.
