      I utilized my Cash App card to purchase groceries on January 9, 2025, with a total of $98.71. Upon swiping my card, the transaction was declined.Recognizing this as an error due to sufficient funds on the card, the cashier suggested swiping the card again to bypass the denial as a credit transaction. However, the second attempt was also declined. On the third attempt, I entered my PIN, and the transaction was successfully deducted from my Cash App card, yet it remained declined on the store's end. The cashier insisted that the purchase was never approved and therefore I was unable to obtain my groceries. This situation was particularly frustrating as it occurred on the eve of a snowstorm. Despite the funds being deducted from my Cash App card, the cashier maintained that the transaction was never approved, resulting in my inability to procure the groceries.Consequently, I was compelled to file a dispute through Cash App. Following a two-day investigation, Cash App denied my dispute, stating that the merchant fulfilled their obligations regarding the transaction. As a result, not only did I incur a loss of $98.71, but I also failed to obtain my groceries, and the funds remain pending on the store's end, despite Cash App's assertion that the transaction was approved. This experience has led me to reconsider patronizing this establishment. I have never encountered issues using my card at a location that explicitly welcomes any payment method, only to be denied and left without resolution. I suspect potential fraudulent activity by the cashier, which warrants further investigation. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience and remain without my groceries during the Atlanta snowstorm. I also have all my receipts if needed

      They do not honor their sales paper. The sales paper would say a certain day and end day. The manager told me it only got 1 day. But it started on the 8th of January 2025 until 14th. I went today abs she told me it started this Friday for 1 day!?? FALSE ADVERTISING!

      This company is adding taxes to non taxable food. Their system only recognizes food as T F which should only apply to things like soft drinks and bottle water when EBT is not being used. They pretend they don't know what is happening. Meanwhile your being taxed on eggs, milk ect. Something needs to be done about this immediately.

      I would usually give a five star,but in this case, I had to voice my disappointing experience. I usually go to this store on **********************, every other day, and know a lot of the employees (just by shopping regularly). Tonight was really, really different, for the customer service received. I usually buy tobacco products, and I noticed they only had one item--so I asked "when would they be ordering some more of this prouct"?-and received in a rude tone by the employee "Ion know". Still trying to be respectful, because I know how hard it is to work with the public-so while she was ringing me up, I noticed that they had my product in a case,- so I said-Oh there some are and she said "I don't have a key,its locked"-so I asked for a manager and she said "I'm a manager". So I just left that alone. Still trying to get over what and how things were said-I asked about one of the employee and she said "she don't work here no more,she got fired". I was thinking to myself-that statement was not very ethical. This was the first time I had ever receieved this type of service and rudeness. To the Store Manager,please know what is going on in your store, when you are not there--a lot of people will not voice how they are being treated, usually I would'nt either, but this has to be known.
