      Horrible, no accountability and not transparent needless to say unprofessional. Expecting Mothers are looking for a team to assist in their birth and to build a trust rapport in bringing forth a new edition a honorable experience. I raised concern early on I thought I was heard but the unfolding was miscommunicated and not resolved. I went for the care in good hopes. If you see a different medical provider at least look at the notes verses walking in blind sided. I've had 1 *** that stood out and build a trust with she went above her superior to assist me. The owner ****************** has to have a paper trail but when you document too it becomes a conflict it's ashame that as a black women how black facilities don't give that care needed. There is always 1 that assist in honest care instead of looking at you to belittle because of a title "Dr." *** just can't use clouded vision of a degree to intimidate a person on their plan of care, I've experienced that. The notes taken are not accurate, your opinion does count in your presence but until you are absent referrals are called to cover and protect the Doctor, but say that instead of backdooring. Truly, there has to be a transparent line here. *** give the patient a choice then you choose for them with a No Risk Pregnancy. The Dr.'s don't like when you advocate for yourself it intimidates them that you know the laws and regulations that you're not a yes ma'am or a sheeple. I was told "We never had anyone to not go along with what we said." Well, shouldn't the facility and staff members be trained & prepared for when somebody doesn't go along with your recommendation. Oh, ************************ tried to intimidate me but my husband was with me. Can you say disrespectful and very vague.Not to mention it's so tick for tack I'm being refused postpartum care because I had a spontaneous birth at home after the owner assumed in writing that I went to another provider & another facility. So my home is a hospital & Hubby is the ********
