    This company filled my Income taxes and now I have been contacted by the *** for fraud, because the tax preparer has completed some fraudulent activities on my tax return. My 2022 tax return was filed fraudulent and now I still havent received my taxes from 2022. I had to complete a 1040X amendment due to letter sent by *** now I owe a huge amount. I have called, emailed and texted this company still no resolution regarding this issue.

    I file my taxes with her this year and last year. This year a was apparently waiting for my refund. I was never made aware that my taxes was teject I contacted irs to find out 1. The letter never came cause she has my address wrong both years. She never corrected my address and she avoided me and blocked me as a vegan to come down on her action. I also asked her about signing my taxes and coming in office . She stated there was not need. As the month passed I was left still to this day to deal with irs and contacting the reject team . She filed my taxes and basically ghosted me . Its also said they can not resend the that that tell me what wrong with my taxes out again . I have no clue how to handle my situation as ********************************* continues to avoid handling what she started .She is applying credit that irs is questioning and then wont follow up .

    I submitted all of my documents for my 2020 Tax Return and everything was submitted to the **** I was told that I would be getting a refund. Since there were so many things happening with the government, I patiently waited for my refund. By December 2021, I still hadn't received anything back so I reached out to the owner and she was supposed to get back to me. She dodged many calls and messages but apologized when I finally spoke to her. She said he sister had not submitted my documents, but she assured me that she would. She also advised that she would do the 2020 and the upcoming year's taxes for free because of the inconvenience. Then I never heard from her again.
