      they keep their mailbox full, and no one will answer phone. they have taken our payment and are not picking up our garbage at all. They are stealing our money and not picking up our garbage. This falls under theft from lack of service.

      Trash man has not picked up in a month and I just paid another bill. Someone needs to refund my money as they have not had consistent pick up since the summer of 2021. I call and no answer but a child speaking on a recording saying their truck is broke down. With all the money myself and everyone has paid for no service they should buy another truck or close down. Im no longer going to pay for a service I do not receive. I will b taking this to court to get my money back.

      I have tried to pay my **** but I cant get anyone to answer the phone. I have tried to pay my **** online but however there is no way you can do so! Also there have been several weeks that this company has not picked my trash up. I now have trash in my garage. This is a bit much. Paying for a service that you dont receive. I will not be charged with any late fees!!!!!

      They will not answer your calls or there messenger site. They keep piling on charges to a service they did not provide me and they know it. They are a terrible service and will end my business with them .
