    C&B is absolutely building the most beautiful homes in *****. We have our own construction company, but we tell all of our clients that are going full custom to work with C&B for the best product available. The attention to detail and the communication is fantastic and we will continue to partner with C&B Construction.

    I purchased a land and hired this builder to build my house. First, he verbally promised 12 months completion time. After that, it kept on extending which initially I was ok with. Then, they almost took 11 months to handover but work was not completed still. Then, slowly they kept coming and worked on small fixes. Now its been more than a year and there are major problems. Basement leaks. Poor workmanship. Oversight of stormwater management practices (which reputable builders follow) which left me financially on the hook. Many small tasks are pending.The builder never picks up my calls. His supervisor is also not picking up my calls.After 2 years, I submitted a bad review on his ******** page and he blocked me.C&B Construction Group LLC is owned by ***** ****** and per his website, "is a residential and comercial builder" (Yes, commercial spelled with a single "m").
