    My transaction date was 10/29/2024 @9:51 a.m.

    I paid $10.59. I paid $5 in cash and rest with my debit card.

    I purchased a club sandwich that I wanted toasted with crispy bacon. My sandwich was not made the way I asked. It has old lettuce that was turning black on it. The tomatoes were very saugy. I also didn't have much meat on my sandwich. So to me it wasn't even a sandwich.

    I called the story to address this while I was at work. I was told I could have it replaced after I get off work. I wasn't able to make it because I didn't have a way back to the store, so I called back to ask if it would be ok if I came the next morning. They told me YES.

    Unfortunately, this morning 10/30/2024, I was told they can't do it because it's a policy now. They miscommunicated that they would be able to do this and now they can't. I asked for a refund after that. I was told I can't get that either.

    I'm not happy with this at all. I work to hard for my money for them to just disregard how I felt, as well as, the fact that I purchased at their store and my order wasnt right and now it can't be fixed or refunded. Being a customer service representative myself, I find this absurd. This is not how you do customer service nor how you should do your customers.

    Sad part is, I actually enjoy this place, but not anymore.

    I hope me being a black person isn't the reason they switched up. I hadn't had a problem til now. However this odd and unfair to me.

    This business didn't seem to care to resolve the issue. Just denied and dismissed me as if it was not there concern.

    To Whom It May Concern:

    Due to some recent issues, we have had to institute a strict policy that we will not remake or refund any food items that have left our building. We feel as though customers have taken advantage of this in the past just to issue a credit and/or receive free items. This is certainly not a reflection on Ms. ******. This is a store wide policy to keep these incidents from occurring again. With this incident, we would like to issue a refund because it seems the right path to take since there was a lot of misinformation and confusion. Moving forward, we will stick to our policies and procedures of no remakes or refunds on food that has left our building and hope to clearly make this known to current and future customers. Thank you for your time.
