On Aug 6th 2023 I visited the car dealership and they sold me a car that was advertised As having 76,000 miles on it it is a 2006 jeep liberty the engine light came on the say we bought it and I got them to check it and fix the problem but they didn't but that's not my issue my issue is because the paper I got from the dealerships mechanic was like a car fax report and the milage on the paper said 179,000 miles on it and I thought that was strange so I got it to a mechanic and he confirmed that it was 179,000 miles on it the dealership said that a little old lady traded the jeep in so I don't believe she could change the milage herself so in thinking the dealership rolled the milage back so they could make the car look better I paid 10,,000 dollars for it I feel like this was misrepresented and if like to get a refund so I can get a better car

The picture of the *** ****** report that was included in the complaint has a mileage figure of 174000 that was manually added when the report was generated.  I've attached a copy of the ****** report showing the correct mileage at the time of sale, and which shows a linear progression and no mileage discrepancies. I hope this helps.

I had work done on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. they replaced my cam and lifters which were covered by my R**** ** warranty. at first they did not want to do the work and we’re going to charge me so much more for labor. I told them I would take my vehicle somewhere else but they insisted they could work the numbers and get it approved for Warranty. Once they replaced those two items and I picked up my vehicle, it smelled like antifreeze and so I mentioned it to the tech. He told me that it was residual and would burn off and the problem would go away. I am still having the issue and there is antifreeze being thrown all over my motor and I am also having a power steering leak issue now. I took it up to the dealership today which is March 20, 2023. Before going up to the dealership I called and asked if they could look at their work they did and provide me with a courtesy vehicle since it was related to their work. They told me to go ahead and come up to the shop. When I get there, the manager runs straight to the back and hides. the guy at the desk is doing his best to assist me and looking for the manager. He calls his phone which is left on his desk in his office so he walks to the back multiple times advising the manager to come up and speak with me. As soon as he gets around the corner finally after 20 minutes of me having to go back-and-forth, he tells me that it’s my problem. If they took these components off to replace the other items then put them back on, why is the leak from their work not covered ? the invoice was for $4770.76 paid by my Warranty (***** **). I am not looking for compensation , I want them to do what’s RIGHT and fix their messup.

We completed the repair on this vehicle on 9/15/2022 and approximately 10K miles ago.  Obviously there is a coolant leak from looking at the pictures but we have no idea where the leak is coming from or what has caused it.  If the leak was caused by the repair on 9/15/22 then we will correct it.  We would need to actually look at the vehicle to determine the cause and we were not permitted to do that on the 3/20/23.  If Ms ****** will bring the vehicle in and allow us to check it out we can move forward.

11/10/2022 total $48,700 paid to them.
They lied about the vehicle that I purchased with cash. There has been components taken out of the vehicle that was supposed to be in the vehicle and the frame has been damaged..

Ms ******* bought a nice pre-owned Wrangler with several extra features (ie: custom leather, off road tires, light bars, etc).  The vehicle was not misrepresented in any way and she took the vehicle for an extended test drive overnight and purchased it the next day with all of the same equipment that it had when she left the dealership the day before.  Attached is a copy of the Carfax showing a clean history and no structural issues.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

They told me is was a one owner vehicle. I am actually the 3rd. They lied on the car fax as well. They did not detail it or change the oil on the day I bought it and that was part of the deal. There are a lot of discrepancies in the car fax and what they told me.

    Sincerely,

    ****** *******

I am attaching the Carfax report signed by Ms ******* that clearly shows that she was informed that this was not a one owner vehicle.  The engine oil and filter was changed on 11/9/22.  Ms ******* was provided a copy of all the documents she signed when she purchased the vehicle, if she can't find them, we can reprint them for her to prevent further erroneous claims.

On 7/28/2022 I brought my 2015 Ram Ecodiesel, VIN *****************, to Greenway CDJR of Rome for an oil change and a recall. I was given an estimate of $199.95 for the service (documented on the invoice). On 7/29/2022 I picked up the vehicle and was charged $309.65 for the oil change, $4.99 for DSF document and storage fee, $9.19 for customer pay shop charge for repair order, and $19.74 sales tax for a total of $343.57. The amount charged exceeded the estimate amount by $143.62. I did not receive a phone call requesting authorization for the higher amount, and when my husband asked the service writer (Tiffany) why the bill was for $343.57, she stated "the price of the oil change has gone up four times in the past year." My husband also asked why they activated the Sirius receiver, which she could not answer. I also queried Greg, the sales manager via phone when I arrived home, who said, in essence, that's what we charge for an oil change for that truck. When I asked why the difference between the estimate and the charged price he gave no explanation, restating that's what we charge for an oil change for that truck. I would like a refund of $143.62, the difference between the quote and the charged amount. Had we known the charge for the service exceeded the estimate by such a vast amount we would have taken the truck to Robert Loehr CDJR in Cartersville, who charges $186.00 for the same service. Greenway also reactivated the Sirius receiver without my permission, causing me to go to the Sirius website and cancel the "free" subscription.

The quote rec'd was based on a 6.7L Cummins diesel not a 3.0L Eco Diesel.  The oil changes and maintenance on the Eco Diesel are more expensive than the Cummins diesel.
