      Someone plowed my mailbox down. I contacted Creative Lawn and Lighting on 12/7/23 and asked them for a price for a new mailbox. The quoted me and sent me an invoice for $701.11. I asked them when they could install new mailbox and they gave a date of Tuesday, 12/12/23. They told me to leave the money on the front porch. On 12/12/23 they removed my broken mailbox and installed new mailbox. They called me that afternoon and stated they would have to get a new plate for the mailbox because the one they have was too big. They said they would come back on Wednesday, 12/13/23 to finish the installation and attach the light to the top. I get home to see they took their money and the mailbox is left with no light, sitting on a block, the numbers for my address are backwards, and wires hanging out the top and side. It does not look new, but looks like it was welded. I sent them a text asking why it was not repaired on 12/13/23 and if this was a new mailbox. As of today, 12/14/23, Creative Lawn has not shown to finish installation. They will not return any texts regarding this issue and to answer anything regarding if this mailbox is new or repaired.

      Paid to have my damaged mailbox replaced in October. Have never received it. I have contacted them multiple times. Every time they promise to deliver and replace it that week. Still do not have it replaced even tho we paid in full
