I took my vintage 2005 Pontiac GTO with ****** original miles to Roswell Auto Tech to get a new clutch, pressure plate, throw-out bearings, clutch brake, & a new shifter (due to the fact the old shifter split into two). I also had new tires and rims installed as well as a full synthetic oil change. Lastly I wanted the shop to advice me if there was anything else that would be needed to assure the car would be in good running condition. Roswell Auto Tech failed miserably and took more than ***** dollars from me. When I went to pick up the car it was impossible to get into reverse which is a problem I've NEVER had in the almost 20 years I've owned the car and with me being the original owner. I was never provided a invoice on what repairs were done to the car. To spend over 2 thousands dollars and not be provided a invoice on what was done to the car is completely unprofessional. I am a 74 year old man that has owned over 50 cars in my life and I have never experienced such poor service from a mechanical shop. I have since had to take the car to another shop to do the repairs that Roswell Auto tech failed to do. They returned the car to me on 3 different occasions and the car still not being able to go in reverse. I have had to pay another shop in Roswell almost 3 thousand dollars to correct their mistakes and get the car running smoothly again. I am looking for a full refund for my experience with Roswell Auto Tech and to shed some light on how they treat their elderly clientele. I feel taken advantage of and like I was a victim.
