      C&R Asphalt began looking at the Payhawk credit card tracking program late last year. In Dec we signed a 1 year contract with them. We were dealing with ********* Atales at **********************************. From the very beginning ********* knew that we used **************** credit cards and did not want to switch over to their credit cards because of the points we get with the AmEx. He stated that that was no problem at all and failed to disclose to us that **************** is the one company that doesn't communicate well at all with their software and does not give real time and accurate charges. They're onboarding process was unsuccessful and after 2 months of work we still weren't on boarded when that was supposed to be a very short and easy process according to *********. Despite us never getting onboarded properly pay Hawk charged our **************** with three separate charges of $599 each. Unlike promised their customer service was non-existent. The sales pitch was so contradictory to what we actually experienced that we told payhawk we were no longer interested in their services. Out of respect we took several phone calls on their request about potential remedies but at the end of the day they could not provide the AmEx information through their system as promised. And we deem all of these issues as a breach of contract. They simply failed to deliver what they told us they would. After several more email exchanges requesting more conference calls I informed ********* that we were simply done and we're not interested in any potential remedies. That email was followed up with a demand for a 20 meeting call with a superior of his in the company and if we didn't want to do that then the other only other option was to pay the full annual contract and be done with it. PayHawk needs to stop over promising and under delivering to its customers all they have to do is get online and read the reviews. Onboarding and customer service seems to be an ongoing issue.
