  Had a cooling issue during the summer. Technician came out, very polite, said I had two choices: replace the coils for $3k and a 1 yr warranty or b) buy a new A/C, which he recommended. So then a sales guy comes out, same day. New A/C costs $8k but they can get me a deal and I could finance it for $6k. Thanks to a neighbor I shopped around and found another supplier who got me the same coils for $500 less and a **N year warranty.I had also paid ** and another company to do my maintenance checks. Again, the ** technician said I need hundreds and even thousands in maintenance work, which I chose not to do given the first experience. Other company came out for maintenance and gave NO recommendations that would cost me a ***** for maintenance. Also used the ** electrical service and same thing. My home was built in 2017. He told me I should spend $12k on a new panel!!! They are deceitful and very incentivized by selling what is not necessary. I would recommend anyone to hire two companies for maintence and choose the one that is most honest, not the one upselling unnecessary and costly repairs. BUYER BEWARE!

  I am frustrated with the service provided by TE Certified Electrical, Plumbing, ******************************************* and feel compelled to share my experience. On July 10th, one of their plumbers failed to identify a significant leak in my home, despite the fact that an AC technician from their company had already taken a picture of this exact leak the day before. The plumber told me there was no leak and that any water in my crawlspace was due to rain.Because of this plumber's negligence, water continued to leak into my crawlspace unchecked until July 26th. It wasn't until then, when another AC technician from TE confirmed that the leak was still ongoing, that I realized the extent of the issue.Unfortunately, the incompetence didnt stop there. I ended up hiring a different plumbing company, which not only identified the original leak but also discovered a second leak that TE had completely missed. This new company was able to address both issues efficiently, highlighting the failure of TEs service.In summary, the company showed a lack of professionalism and skill. The plumbers failure to diagnose an obvious issue led to thousands of dollars in avoidable damage. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice and avoid the stress and extra costs that *** come with it.

  DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! They sold me a unit 2 months ago and its broken down 3 times already. They do not reply to your requests and do not fix it when they do come out. Save your money and go somewhere else!!!!

  TECertified Technicians are the best in the area! Their technology is excellent, online booking, and solid communication every step of the way! Technicians are all professional, personable and very knowledgeable!! I will continue to use them for both my residential and commercial business needs!!

  Had to call TE for an emergency fix on what another company screwed up with our air conditioner. I was booked and had someone at my home within two hours. Nemo M. ************** was incredible!! Solved the problem in no time--and could not have been friendlier. He was also extremely patient in showing and explaining everything he was doing. I will never use anyone else here for any HVAC again!!!

  I had them out to add a dedicated breaker for a refrigerator. I was up sold a new breaker box. Electrician said I didnt have to have it because there was room in existing one for a breaker but suggest we get it done. I trusted them and did so. $4000 later they have been back 5 times to fix breakers that keep going off. I was not having this problem before they FIXED my panel. Today its off again. Only coffee pot had been turned on. New pot so not an old one that *** have had a short. Refrigerator goes off and eventually Ill miss it and lose my groceries. Last trip out he wanted to remove the safety breakers which according to them, detect an arch and stop a fire. I dont know what the first one did, but I know its wrong. All the while taking their payments for a job not completed. Two holes were left in my ceiling that they didnt use as well as debris from the holes they drilled in my ceiling. I work from home and have had to cancel appointments due to this company all while they continue to collect their money. So for the 6th time today I am waiting on a call back so my home has electricity. Beware of this company.

  Used them to replace a 3-way switch in our (new to **) house. ****** quit working so we called them to fix it. The electrician was here 30 min *** and the bill to replace the owner-supplied switch was $338. Are you kidding me?! $149 to diagnose and $199 to hook up my new switch.Never again!!!

  TE installed a complete HVAC system for me; removed and took away the old system and made certain that we knew how to use the new system. The person that came out to our home to explain what TE recommended was *****************. As it was a complete system it was not a simple decision. That said, we are completely satisfied that we chose TE. ********* was terrific to deal with and the team that was sent, led by *************************** was completely professional and wonderful to deal with. I'm sorry I don't have the names of the people that worked on the team with him but we were completely comfortable with having them in our home and truly impressed by the speed with which they worked and the system they installed. I will use no one else in the future. Thanks for a great job.

  Awesome service technicians, extremely knowledgeable, suggestions to fix the issue along with costs. Best plumbing company I have ever dealt with. Highly recommend them.
