      We have recently discovered that he has several companies besides ***** ********** Group, ***** [1] Level 1 ****************; [2] Magnolia Design Group, LLC and [3] ***** Design Group, LLC. ********************* is listed as the owner for all four [4] companies. BBB has the following Additional Business Information: ********************* the owner of ***** Design Group, LLC, is also listed as the owner for Magnolia Design Group, LLC, which was the subject of a pattern of misrepresentation in their business practices. In addition to the poor workmanship on the projects that were "completed", we became concerned with the methods of how he was constructing the other project; i.e. not having our property surveyed or know where the property lines are located prior to allegedly ordering fencing materials and having the landscaper tile the lot, instead of grading as was required; we requested a refund. The company has not submitted any proof that any fencing materials were ever ordered and has stated that they will deduct a restocking fee from the refund amount. We are seniors and have been waiting since May 4, 2023 to receive our deposits for work that was not done. Last, he had his in-house counsel to contact us stating that they would deliver a [partial] refund on May 19, 2023. To date, we have not heard from this company or his in-house counsel or received a refund. Would not recommend using any of these companies.
