    ************************* of MH Glass gave me a quote on 1/23/2023, he received a deposit via CASH App on 1/23/2023 ****** and requested the other half of ****** be sent to his bank account but it had a fee so he agreed the remaining balance of may be paid by check upon completion. I contacted ***** on 2/3/2023 regarding status, he asked to come by the next day to do a remeasure but did not come by until I contacted him again on 2/16, he said glass delivery is scheduled 2/23, after several delays, He came by 3/2/223. The glass door has shifted and cannot be opened, I contacted ***** and 3/14/23 and reinstalled it in place. On 4/16/23 the door shifted even more. He said he would change part of the hinges and the door would be replaced if that does not repair it. He did not come by until I sent a video of the door completed shift on 5/2/23 and 5/3/2023 he states he is placing a new order for a door. May 11,2023 on Mothers Day, he came by removed the door due the hazard of it falling off the hinge and just placed in my driveway and as of today 6/30/223 is still there as a hazard. My husband and I made several attempts to call, text and contact the company and no response is returned. We even offered to talk through a solution to complete the project including additional payment and no response. Difficult to find a reliable contractor.

    I ordered a shower door with installation on 1/30/2023. *************************(owner) came to measure twice and assured me that the door would be perfectly installed due to our walls being perfectly level. Install day came around and him and his 2 guys installed the door and panels which was no where near acceptable leaving a almost 3 inch gap between the door and fixed panel as shown in pic. He tried to cover this up by placing plastic guard strips. He agreed that he installed incorrectly and would order a larger panel. The second install day came around and it still was not lining up. After investigating why, I concluded that he had placed the hinges incorrectly as well as the fixed panels. At this point he just kept blaming my walls on not being straight when In actuality he had no clue on how to install a shower door in the first place. After he left my mother was taking a shower and the whole panel fell and scared her to death. Luckily no one was injured, and when I told ************************* he instead accused me of making up the story. He then text me that he wasnt going to fix the problem and would instead refund the $700 install fee right away which he has not done. This man has no experience with install of shower doors and people should not be taken advantage of especially when paying such a high dollar. The Total paid was $1800 of which $700 should have been refunded. He definitely lies about the experience that he has and gets defensive super quick when you point his mistakes out instead of fixing them correctly. I have attached the recent text message with him showing him stating to refund the install fee which was $700 and has not done. He does not answer my calls or texts.
