Runnnnnnnnn! Our experience with Marquee Insurance has been terrible. During last years renewal, they failed to file the proper paperwork with the **** resulting in us being cited for their mistake. When we informed them, they showed no concern. This year, we were given incorrect information about one of our drivers coverage, which was only revealed during a random audit months later (after the employee no longer worked for Marquee and I showed proof of the information their representative provided our company). On top of that, they are consistently slow to respond to any requests. The lack of accountability and poor customer service make this company unreliable. We cannot recommend them to any business.

I give **** at Marquee and his staff 5 Stars! ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? We have struggled with finding a reasonably priced trucking company insurance for years and **** found us a policy that saved us $12,000!!! In addition he goes above and beyond in customer service for this small demanding company owner. I truly appreciate having an agent that is as committed to his customers as I am to mine. I highly recommend Marquee

The referenced insured has not been with ********** for almost a year. During their time with our agency, eight endorsements were made to the policy. Five of those endorsements were handled in no more than one business day. The other three endorsements experienced delays due to underwriter requirements/guidelines or lack of response/cooperation from the insured. The insured also experienced a lengthy claims process due to disputing a claims settlement. Marquee Insurance Group strives to provide excellent customer service to our clients. As the agency, we are the liaison between the insured and their provider. Given our relationship with both parties, there can be delays in processing. We are upfront and communicate these delays to the insured every step of the way.

Trucking companies, beware of this company and any other insurance agencies, as they all engage in copying each other. We had an accident just one month after renewing our policy with Marquee Insurance Group. Suddenly, they began to claim that we lacked trailer interchange coverage and towing coverage, among other things. Despite proving that we had all the coverage listed on the binding documents, they insisted that towing was not covered according to the declaration page. I was puzzled and requested proof. Three days after the accident, they sent me a declaration page showing zero coverage for towing. When I questioned why the document was created or altered three days after the accident, the insurance agent claimed they could do so within 60 days from the proposal day. However, the binding documents clearly stated that towing was covered. Despite this, they refused to pay for the towing bill. I then filed a complaint with our state commissioner. It took approximately five months for them to respond, stating that there were no violations in their services. Surprisingly, about 15 days after receiving this response from the state commissioner, I received a call from the insurance company informing me that they had reviewed my case and would be sending me $10,000, which was less than half of the towing bill. Regardless, I am left questioning the nature of their "business," as they seem capable of altering declaration pages to avoid coverage. From what I have witnessed, state commissioners appear to be fine with this practice.

The insured received multiple correspondences from our ***************** clearly detailing the difference between a binder and a formal policy. The information they have provided is not factual. Once a quote has been agreed upon, ********** submits the signed insurance application to the underwriting department at the insurance company. Once the provider receives those documents, they will assign a policy number and issue the insurance binder. They then create a formal policy, that policy is then sent back to ********** within ***** days. Once the formal policy is received by **********, we forward the policy to the insured. This process is what the complainant is referring to as altering the document. A binder and formal policy are standard in the insurance space. The insured who filed this claim was involved in a trailer interchange claim under their cargo policy. Cargo policies are not applicable to towing coverage. Towing coverages are generally covered under the physical damage policy. Additionally, ********** worked relentlessly with the provider and adjuster to see what coverages would be applicable to the claim at hand.

During the process of obtaining a quote for insurance coverage, I specifically requested that all dispatchers from whom we received quotes be listed as additional insured, mirroring the terms of my previous policy with Progressive. *****, a representative from the insurance company, assured me that this requirement would be met, and it was even documented in writing on the quote. However, after operating under the new policy for approximately three days, one of the dispatchers contacted me to inform me that the policy did not reflect their status as additional insured, but rather as designated insured. This discrepancy marked the beginning of a series of issues with the insurance company, as they provided me with evasive responses and engaged in a back-and-forth process for over three months, attempting to rectify the situation. My primary concern is understanding why I was misled in the first place. It appears that the insurance company may have intentionally misrepresented the policy terms to attract new customers, hoping to avoid any consequences. Coincidentally, my brother, who is also in the trucking business, is facing a similar situation with the same company. This leads me to question whether this is a pattern of deceptive practices rather than a mere coincidence. Another concern I have is the potential financial impact on my business. If my truck were to be involved in an accident while carrying a valuable load, I would bear the financial burden or potentially face a lawsuit from the dispatcher, as we are bound by a contractual agreement. This company's deceptive practices and lack of effective communication, particularly on *****'s part, have already resulted in an average daily loss of $600 for me. Therefore, I request reimbursement for the entire duration during which my truck was out of service, as well as compensation for the financial losses incurred due to the downtime. pic-11 shows it all
