I mailed a package for a client. I sent the package **** priority mail then was handled off to Go Global Post. The client came back asking about the package. Saying the tracking shows not delivered. After tracking it the **** told me that Go Global Post took it. When I checked Go Global Post tracking. Shows the package is lost. The package has $300 dollar documents in it. When I file a claim about the package they lost. They tell me "was sent with GlobalPost *************** which is not covered by our free coverage. Please note that Global Post Economy is not an insured service." No sorry from the company for losing my client's package. No options to do anything to try to help.

This company has gotten its claws into ShippingEasy and other shipping consolidators and promises to "save you money" by offering international shipping rates a few percentage points lower than USPS.What they don't tell you is they regularly overcharge you with fraudulent "adjustments" that wipe out your meager savings and more.Avoid this company at all costs.

We have used Shipstation/Stamps.com since 2013. In the last year, Shipstation/Stamps now ships **** international orders via GlobalPost. The issues are as follows: 1.) There has not been a single package that has delivered in the time estimated. However, the last two orders have exceeded 1 month from the time the package was dropped off at **** and the time it was delivered. On both of these orders, we have eaten the cost and replaced the customers order or refunded their complete investment. 2.) Even though we pay for Priority shipping, when we try to make a **** claim on a package, we are told the item is a first class shipment and doesn't have insurance. Neither **** or GlobalPost will offer any resolution on that matter. 2.) The information that is listed on GlobalPost's tracking does not match with what the destination country's Post reflects. 3.) Related to the very long delivery time, the majority of the delay is the package waiting in the states. The package generally takes 2 days to reach the GlobalPost proxy site. Then it sits for unknown reasons for an unknown time until it finally clears customs. Then it usually reaches the destination in **** days. None of this is acceptable for us to continue doing business with. 4.) Lastly, the response time on support tickets is days; sometimes a week. We have severed business with this company and will be using a different carrier.
