    We purchased a new Acura MDX for $48,000+ from Jackson Acura and had it serviced there for its entire lifetime. **** was our service advisor during this time. When we began to experience excess oil consumption to the tune of 3+ quarts between oil change intervals, we took the vehicle in to speak with him in person. He proceeded to tell us "they don't make them like they used to", "you need a whole new engine", and dismissed all of our concerns. I will also add that at our prior oil change, when I shared with him that the oil was low, he said it's an older engine and might just start burning a little oil. We NEVER would have thought this meant over 3 quarts. This was outright deception. He and **************************** are well-aware of the excess oil consumption service campaign that affects these specific engines. In addition, if **** had not covered up the severity of the issue, we may have been able to have this addressed sooner with the manufacturer. Do NOT have your vehicle serviced at Jackson Acura. Find a reputable independent mechanic and save yourself the money, lies, and incompetence.

    Worst service department in the world. Beware. They lie and cheat. ****** service manager is the most dishonest of them all.
