My wife and I recently had a disappointing and frustrating experience with Nalley Lexus of Roswell while attempting to purchase a pre-owned vehicle. We first visited the dealership on June 2 and found a vehicle wanted to purchase. We were told however the car could not be sold yet because it had not yet been inspected. To hold the vehicle while the inspection was completed, we left a $500 deposit and agreed to return once everything was ******** the days that followed, we finalized the sale price with the salesperson and clearly communicated that we planned to use our own bank for financing. Our lendera large, nationally recognized banksubmitted all required documents directly to the dealership in advance. Weve followed this same process in previous purchases at Nalley Lexus *************************** Lexus, without issue. On June 6 when we returned to complete the purchase and sign the documents, we did so under the understanding that everything had been arranged. After signing the paperwork, however, we were informed that the dealership would not accept electronic payment from our lender and instead required a paper check.I offered to wait for the car until the paper check arrived, but the sales manager stated this would not be acceptable. Instead, he offered an alternative: we could finance the vehicle through their in-house financing. When I declined, the dealership voided the sale, and we left without the car.The next day (June 7), the General Manager contacted us and said we could write a personal check to hold the car until our banks check arrived. By that point, however, we had lost trust in how the process had been handled and *********** is our strong belief that the dealerships handling of this situation was intended to pressure us into using their in-house financing, rather than honor the arrangement we had made in good faith.

I have a 2007 Lexus IS250. My dashboard and side panels are melting to an uneven and unsightly mess. It started this mess when my mileage was around 90k, now it is 107k. When it was around 97k, I asked ************************* of Nalley Lexus if this is still under recall, he replied the recall had just expired and Lexus cant do anything about it. Sorry! To me, this is absolutely irresponsible and unacceptable behavior to treat its long time customer, I had spent thousands of dollars on this car with their service department since 2010 and this was the response I received from them! Total disregard and lack of respect for a loyal customer.

My apologies if ******** response came off as dismissive. Having a guest feel unappreciated is never our intent. Unfortunately Lexus *** is no longer covering these issues as the term of coverage for warranty has expired. If you would like to discuss this further please contact me directly at ************

Ordered a new 2023 NX350h in February with specific options. Car arrived in May. According to the sales person (and Lexus website) the car supported a ***** lb towing capacity (option purchased) and tow hitch. I also wanted a front camera to avoid hitting curbs and to make parking easier, which I was told could be ordered after the car arrived. After the car arrived I asked again about the towing package and was assured by the sales person it can be ordered. He even showed me the Lexus website where it said the car supported towing. I ordered the hitch and roof racks. After the parts arrived I made a reservation with service to have it installed. Once there after a 5 hour wait I was informed that the car does not support towing, even though the website, literature, and sales person, said that it does. So now I am left with a car that does not meet my needs forcing me to decide do I keep it and rent a car when I need to tow anything or do I sell it at a loss. Additionally, the car does not support a front camera. Another surprise.Note that the service advisor, while understanding, had no answers on how to remedy things. The sales person only knows what they get from literature, which is apparently incorrect. In both cases they are not to blame.

Drove 4 hours planning to purchase a certified vehicle from them. Talked on the phone and texted with several sales people who all said the car was in great shape. When I arrived I saw a text sent from one of the salesman showing a large dent in the front grille, I looked at the vehicle anyway as I drove 4 hours, and found several paint chips on the back bumper, another crack and paint chip in the front bumper and several chips on the hood. After speaking with the sales manager about how frustrating this is after driving 4 hours and renting a one way car, she got defensive and said "We turn used cars around so fast we don't have time to do the inspection". Very concerning that this was not only openly admitted, but regular practice at this dealership. Certified 160 point inspection includes cosmetic defects, so this vehicle was knowingly placed up for sale as a certified Lexus vehicle without any inspection. Several other online reviews from other people support their claim of not inspecting certified vehicles.

Our sales associate had indeed sent him a video and a picture of the actual damage to make him aware. The vehicle had just been traded in the evening prior so it had not been thru our inspection process. Unfortunately, he didn't view the message when it was sent and waited until he arrived. We offered to deliver it to him once the repairs were performed to save him the trip back however he declined.

The vehicle was definitely not traded in the night before, that is a lie. I had been talking with sales people about this specific vehicle for 3 days before I made the trip and was planning on purchasing it. The vehicle had also been listed on their website with photos of it in their lot for at least a week before the day I arrived. Strange how they would claim the vehicle was Lexus Certified which requires a 160 inspection that would have included cosmetic and body damage, and also claim that it was just traded in the night before. Of course I didn’t want to purchase it and have it delivered, they aren’t to be trusted. Lies to cover up lies.
