I bought a car from this facility and to say the process wasn't the most organized would be an understatement. I didn't make a big deal about it as I am a fan of the Toyota brand and have taken my other cars for service to this facility. However, the recent experiences have completely ruled out any consideration to do business with this facility. The newer car I bought from here got a crack after not even ****** miles in and when I made an appointment for another vehicle today Friday April 11 in the afternoon, I was stuck sitting in my car while some workers just passed by me giving me an angry look literally for no justification. I had to pull someone over after waiting 30 minutes to remind them that I had an appointment time and the *** assumed I had a later appointment. They then expected me to continue waiting when it was already past my appointment time. This facility customer service absolute garbage and didn't call to try to make this better either.

I purchased an extended warranty and filed a cancellation for reimbursement. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks. It has been 8 weeks with no response.

I brought my 2013 Toyota Corolla to the Nalley Roswell ************** on 12/27/23 due to my tire pressure light issue. ************** told me two of my tire pressure sensors malfunctioned, needed two tires replaced and recommended alignment. I agreed to the above. When I went to pay, ****** informed me at the checkout that he and the mechanics just learned that after 3 hrs of working on my vehicle that a 3rd tire pressure sensor malfunctioned. He stated that the ********** closed so he was not able to get the 3rd tire pressure sensor to fix the vehicle. I inquired if he could contact a manager to get access. He stated the managers had left for the day. As I paid the $974.53, I commented I thought that how odd that 2, not 3, of the tire pressure sensors during diagnostic testing could be found to be non-functional. ****** then gave me a convoluted explanation and I would need to return on a different day for them to finish. I scheduled an appointment and then contacted the Service Manager ***** the next day to discuss. He stated that a loaner car would be available to me on 12/29 while service personnel would come pick up my car to bring it to the Nalley ************** pending providing him my insurance and drivers license #. I emailed the above same day and then on Dec 29 after not hearing anything for some time, I called Mo again to find out he actually needed a copy of my drivers license, which I promptly emailed him. At 12:48 PM-12:51pm, ********** calls me to that the car was delayed due to earlier Mo not having a copy of my drivers license, and that if he were to do a loaner car, he was not able to ensure my car would be back by 4PM to me as I requested from Mo on 12/28/23. He stated we could do the swap on 1/3/24 with someone confirming on the evening of 1/2/24 and No one contacted me on 1/2/24 or 1/3. I called on 1/4/24 and 1/5/24 multiple times and no one reached out to me. Given the poor handling, I request a full refund in the amount of $974.53. ****************

I took my truck for service on February 13th for service, inwhich I had my tires rotated, at that time, all my chrome rims were on my truck, on the way home, the wheel sensor came on and at that time I noticed that one of the chrome wheel covers was gone, these wheel covers are secured with the wheel lug bolts on the wheel, and I waited to see if the dealership would call that it had been left off, I have not had any problems until I tried to get my wheel cover and cap back, and they said it may have been misplaced, the tires were bought from the dealership and they are the only ones that has had access to these wheels, and all I wanted was this wheel cover, and cap back,, the service advisor, said she found 4 chrome covers for my truck, but did not have the toyota emblem on the cap, I found out that this wheel cover has been discontinued, I only want this wheel cover and cap back, not some make over that was not on my truck, This has left me with a bad note on this dealership, that they would remove my wheelcovers, and not put them back on my truck as it was taken in to the shop.

I have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealer, and they do all of my Maintenance and repairs. for all 3 of my families vehicle, and have since 2008. I am a reasonable person who asks reasonable questions when I have a concern, and never once have they not been able to resolve a concern to my satisfaction. The service Manager, and the General Manager have always been pleasant to work with.

My wife and I both drive Toyotas and have, to this point, done all of our service at this dealership until today. They sell parts with warranties that they won't honor unless you have the repair done there which isn't possible when their faulty parts leave your stranded and you have to have buy a new part in an emergency. The service manager, ****, is a "can't" not a "can" kind of guy. Won't even give a credit towards future repairs. Also, over the course of the last few years they have eliminated the shuttle sevice and coffee bar. This place is going down hill fast. If you need work done on your car go to a local mechanic that has integrity and is customer service focused.

Thank you for your feedback. We strive to provide excellent customer service and complete customer satisfaction, however, there are few details that were not included in your review. Nalley Toyota sold/installed a new battery for your vehicle two years ago. That battery came with a warranty that provides a prorated credit toward the purchase of a replacement battery at Nalley Toyota; should the one you purchased fail. We advised you that you did have an option, which would be let us test the old battery, if it failed we would provide the prorated credit toward a new battery, you would pay the difference. Then at that time you could return the battery which was purchased elsewhere for a refund. You declined to move forward with that option. While we understand this was frustrating, the warranty does not provide monetary refunds.
