Parking garage is claiming I parked here within the hours of 2:24pm and 5:16pm. They have denied my dispute twice and refuse to provide evidence of my car parked inside the garage. They do not seem to be willing to even review camera footage and are extremely biased on their decision. They are asking for $80 if I do not pay within 30 days. They refuse to acknowledge anything I say and continue to state "all cars that park...etc" but my car was never in a parking spot.

Date of incident: March 12, 2024 I stayed at the Fairfield ************ in **********, ** located on 1st Ave and used 12 Oak Parking services to valet my truck. An employee of the company valeted my truck, kept my keys with them, then later went through my truck and stole some money hidden within my truck. I filed a claim with the company, through the regional manager, attempting to resolve the situation, but the claims department was rude and unwilling to help.

******************** filed a claim with 12 Oaks Parking on or around March 14th, 2024 regarding missing $200 in cash from her vehicle.   ******************** alleged that the money was removed by a 12 Oaks attendant and filed a claim against our At that point, the claim was denied verbally to ********************, and a claim denial was sent to her via email (attached).  After a discussion with ********************, our claims representative explained to her that 12 Oaks does not assume liability for items allegedly left in the vehicle.  This is further described in the e-disclaimer that is is issued to our guests when they arrive to our location, which was also described to ******************** in detail.  ******************** can access this disclaimer from her digital ticket.

******************** further alleges in the complaint that our claims department was rude and unwilling to help, which is also unfounded.  When the denial was explained to her, she became irate and began raising her voice towards our claims representative.  The call was ended at that point by our representative due to this.

Further, 12 Oaks Parking takes allegations of associate theft seriously.  We have not had any internal theft occur at this location in any capacity recently or historically.  Regardless, an investigation was completed internally in which no malfeasance was identified.   While 12 Oaks has no intention to assume any liability on this claim, we're willing to settle the matter for $100 in good faith since ******************** was a guest at our establishment, pending a signed release.    If you choose to accept this offer, please let us know via the BBB correspondence.
