      ************ AVOID. purchased warranty but they will not fix repair or trap. Paid *****+ dollars on the warranty and they won't even get the ladders out of their truck to check, but "all is good" How come I can still hear the squirrels *****?

      ************ we are not. We wouldn't have an A+ rating on BBB after over 20 years if we were. This customer did not pay $1,000+ dollars for a warranty. He paid $1,000.+ dollars for an exclusion and we gave him a conditional warranty for free. This customer called saying he was hearing noises in his house again so we immediately scheduled a ********** to go out and do a warranty check with an arrival time between 8-10:00AM. The customer agreed to the date and time with a request for us to contact him by text, only, when we arrived because his wife was asleep at that time. Upon arrival our ********** texted the customer several times and never got a reply. Our ********** waited around 20 minutes with no reply then left. Later that day this customer called and ask for Management to call him. I'm the Owner and I called him back that same day. He explained he was tied up on the phone and could not get back with our **********. I offered to again send another ********** out to do the warranty inspection but I told him since I had sent the first ********** all they way to ************** just to be stood up that he would have to be a little considerate with us on his tight schedule. He got angry, very belligerent, and profane then he abruptly hung up. He called back 15 minutes later to apologize for the way he had talked to me. At no time was I ever disrespectful to this customer. I again tried to arrange a time that we could come out and check his house. He said never mind just forget it and again abruptly hung up. I cannot help this customer if he will not let us do our job. The offer for us to come back to inspect is still open, and I'll even come with the Tech.The Owner
