    I had a accident and year ago and was diagnosed with TBI. I asked them ig they could help me and then they took advantage of me so they could get all my money. I have been asking them for my money back for over 2 weeks and they keep saying tomorrow. Now they don't answer.

    I have been asking you to come to the store for the refund for the services that we performed in good faith for weeks now.  I will not meet you somewhere outside the store, and I will not send you a payment in someone elses name, or your name as you have used multiple aliases to contact us and to leave multiple identical negative reviews.  We believe in the services we provided despite your accusations and threats.  We are all sympethetic and sensitive of the difficulties you have described to us regarding your mental state, and again, despite your threats and negative reviews, want to help in any way we can.

     Complaint: 22529619   I am rejecting this response because:   You have been telling me tha4 you don't have the money.   I have not threatened you in any way just asked you to refund my money.  You keep saying your trying to pay me but that's hardly the case.     should I attach the text of you saying I'm not putting you off I swear.     your words.   ************ must be in trouble financially and must need this money more than I do.     I would like them to pay me my money and not be upset that I bought them lying and the service provided.     please give me a time and place to be and i will.   here is the last thing you said and monday never happened
