  We recently got our roof replaced by ***** and his team and they did an exceptional job. He walked us through every step in full detail and then delivered and executed on time as promised. **************** is top notch. We will definitely use them again in the future.

  Professional, thorough and great attention to detail. Worked well with our insurance company (who stated when first contacted "...you contacted Clark Brothers? You need not get any other bids as they are honest and very good to work with". They did an excellent job on all facets of the project (roof, walls, deck) and it was a large project.   I cant recommend Clark Brothers Roofing enough. When my wife and I reached out to them for help with our gutters, they went above and beyond. Knowing that my wife is pregnant, they gave us an incredibly reasonable price; something we deeply appreciated during this busy season of life. On top of that, the quality of their work was excellent. They were professional, efficient, and took the time to ensure everything was done perfectly. Its rare to find a company that not only does great work but also genuinely cares about their customers.   I want to give a huge thanks to Clark Brothers for their fast response and dedication to the job. I called Clark Brothers the morning after Hurricane ******. ****** **** came out immediately and inspected the roof. He chalked the roof to show the damages and took pictures. The pictures and inspection notes were sent in within days to the insurance company making the replacement quick. The entire roof was replaced in one day and they also replaced all of my roof vents. Thank you ****** for all of your help.

  On Tuesday morning October 1, 2024 "*****" with Clark Brothers arrived to inspect roof leak damage inside of my home (my roof was originally installed by Clark Brothers). ***** advised that the roof was leaking due to the sealed areas around some of the vents and pipes coming out of the top of the roof. Once ***** completed the inspection, it was then after I began to get concerned. ***** quoted me a price of over $450.00 to complete the job to reseal the vents and piping that were causing the roof to leak. After I was quoted the price of over $450.00 it did not sit well with me and I asked ***** about my warranty that I received after the roof was installed by Clark Brothers, back in December of 2018. I was informed by ***** that the issues with my damaged roof was due to "regular maintenance" and that the resealing needed around the vents and piping areas are not covered under the 10 year warranty that was honored by Clark Brothers. I stated to ***** that I did not agree to have to pay anything and he continued to explain that the problem with my roof was not covered under the 10 year warranty. ***** also informed me that if I had another company or person outside of Clark Brothers to complete repairs on my roof it could void the warranty on the roof. After going back and forth with ***** on the cost of the repair, I felt I had no choice but to have ***** complete the work and reseal the areas needed to repair the roof. I also had to negotiate on the price with ***** from over $450.00 down to $253.33 before he started the repairs (the cost of the repair has become a burden on me and was money I truly did not have to spend). I am now very concerned at this point because I feel I have been taken advantage of and do not agree that I should have been charged. I am not sure at this point what the warranty covers. The last thing I would expect is to have issues with my roof after being installed less than 6 years ago.

Our goal is always to provide clear communication and exceptional service.*****, your Specialist, is newer to our team and recently transitioned out of the Navy. While he is still learning the ropes at Clark Brothers, we stand behind his commitment to serving our clients.Regarding your roof, regular maintenance is required every 4-5 years and is not included in our warranties. Our 10-Year Workmanship Warranty is provided at no additional cost with every roof installation because we stand by our work. However, since this warranty is free, it does not cover ongoing maintenance for the life of the shingles. The warranty protects against workmanship issues, but in your case, this was not the cause of the maintenance need.Since 2018, we have started offering upgraded roofing options that reduce the frequency of required maintenance, but periodic upkeep is still necessary to maximize the lifespan of the *********** for pricing, we do not have a fixed rate for maintenance services because costs vary based on factors such as roof size and steepness. Our Specialists determine pricing based on materials, labor, insurance, and travel expenses. Since Clark Brothers backs the warranty, any outside work on the roof must be discussed and agreed upon beforehand.We sincerely apologize if our communication was not as clear as it should have been.   So I had storm damage on my roof...called Clark Brothers to inspect..they said needs to be replaced..got in touch with insurance ..and they said the same thing..had the roof replaced end of september. 2023 ...early spring , when all the trees are starting to bud/leaf out ...went up in the semi finished attic...had all kinds of leaf seeds/ flower petals /tree leaf debris all over the carpeting on the floor...took pictures and contacted Clark Brothers and told about the problem...he set up an appointment..never showed...I called again..he set up another appointment...again never showed.. on the third call he tells me well we have 2 options..1st ..we can add a screen cover over the ridge vent to stop the debris from getting in but I would need to buy it ..well I"m not going to have a screen covering up on my roof cap..then 2nd option...we"ll come and squirt a caulk / putty stuff on the roof vent gaps...and that should stop the debris from getting in...well again I"m not going to have some putty /caulk stuff squirted on the roof shingles ...that wont last..and I"ll be needing to remove the old dried out stuff and replace it again and again..sounds like just a quick fix..that wont work either..so I called the owner , left a message on voice mail..few days later I get a call from someone else ...he sets up an appointment...when he shows up to look..we go in the attic and view all the debris...then he says we need to look on the roof...he didnt even bring a latter..we used mine ...were up on the roof..and he says the same thing as the first guy said..screen or caulk/putty..its like this kid was told just what to say.. I"ve not heard from the owner ***** of Clark Brothers ..its obvious that once they do a job...they wont correct a problem when their is one...I"ve been in my home for 27 years..never had any leaf debris in my attic until Clark Brothers did a roof job...sorry I had them do the roof project...*************************** ,,woodstock Ga

  I found ********* with Clark Brothers Roofing through Thumbtack. Several roofing companies came to give me an estimate; however, once I talked with ********* and met with him, it was an easy decision as to what company to hire. ********* was very different from the other companies and made time and effort to thoroughly look at my roof from inside and out. He walked all the way around my medium size house and went up in the attic which no other company had done on their visits. He spent time explaining everything to me and answering my questions. I was very pleased that his estimate was inline with all the other estimates although I felt like I was getting a great deal because of the quality of him as a person. ********* is exceptional - extremely knowledgeable about his company and roofing, a very genuine and kind man, and I trusted him immediately. He really stood out from all the other companies. ********* and his crew came today and replaced the roof. The replacement went very quickly and neatly. Everything was very clean when they left today. I can not say enough great things about this company and *********. I also spoke with **** in the office and she was very kind and professional, too! ********* and **** make Clark Brothers a great company!!

  Happy and returning customer! Honest and competent team, competitive prices and timely communication. Thank you *********! Out of four other companies, ********* (sales rep) from Clark Brothers made me feel comfortable in the competence and communication of the team. He acknowledged all of my request and did not try sale more than what i asked or needed for the project. With ease, ********* preforms far above his position. He did an incredible job explaining the process of the scope in great detail, doing extra research about information I requested to ensure building codes had not changed recently. Clark Brothers did a great job with installing hardy backer siding for the entire house, new gutters with guards, new garage door, shutters and minor roof repairs. Its been about 7 months or so since the project and i have not had any issues. I have used their services on multiple separate occasions. They stand by the quality of their work and return to address anything missed at no charge.

  Clark Brothers [**] was one of six outfits that we called / solicited quotes from for a project that initially started out small; replacement of gutters and downspouts, but quickly grew in scope. We found ** pricing to be congruent with all of the vendors, but ultimately decided to work with ** given (A) their willingness to explain the extent of the work to be performed and (B) we felt most comfortable working with our primary contact; *************************** who was with us throughout all facets of the project. As mentioned the project quickly grew in scope; partially by design and partially out of necessity given underlying issues that were uncovered once the work began. Throughout all aspects of the work we were kept informed via a wide variety of methods; text, photos, video. This was especially critical as the Property Manager for the project was **** Miles away. The project lasted approximately 2.5 months from start to final payment and throughout the whole process; *************************** and ******************************* were accessible and a pleasure to deal with. It is also worth mentioning, the ** personnel on site each day were always very cordial and friendly.The project with ** was a true partnership / relationship and did not feel like a transaction; they were receptive to our questions and wanted to ensure we had a full understanding of the scope of the work.Clark Brothers [**] should be given every consideration for your next project.
