    On 6-27-2023, Tomahawk Tree Service cut down three trees. I paid them $3,200.00 for that service. From 6/28/2023 thru 7/9/2023, my sister and I noticed damage to our house caused by Tomahawk Tree Service during the tree removals. Our Internet wire was pulled from the Side of the house and it pulled the siding up. Also, when they took down the Black Walnut Tree, they crunched the downspout in the back. I called Tomahawk Tree Service (TTS) on 7/10/2023 and sent them the pictures of the damage on the same day. I sent them a picture of Internet wire, of the siding of the downspout and of the cracked driveway. From 7/14/2023 thru 8-5-2023 Tomahawk Tree Service started to assess and plan the Repair. They said they could fix the Driveway. But they never came and repaired the damage. I have contacted them 7 times by phone and text since August 2023 to check on the status of the repairs. Still no Repairs. I would like them to repair these damages. If they will not repair these damages, I would like to refund of a correct amount of money to hire someone to repair these damages (about $700) Another thing they destroyed was our compost bin, but this was not included in the pictures.

    This is ***** the Office Manager.  I have spent some time reviewing *******'s situation.  We did send a siding contractor out last August to look at the situation. The opinion was the siding was too old/outdated to repair.  ******** did reattach the cable line. It was noted that the company who originally installed her cable did so incorrectly by attaching it directly to the siding causing the tear when the crew knocked the cable.  The other damages listed I do not recall. They should have been addressed.  ******* paid her invoice timely.

    However, Tomahawk would like to honor her request with a recompense check of $700.00 which will be mailed directly to her.

    I've done some additional research and will be sharing a repair siding contractor that might be able to assist her.

     

    Check will be in the mail by the end of week.
