    On April 29, 2024. I have made two Payments to ********************* for water service for 1 year. Since then I have received 3 bills. May ,June and july for $44 a month Equaling up to a $132. I have multiple times try to reach out to ***** by phone and text messaging to Which he avoids and never responds. This is not the first time I've had issues with ***** with my payments. And this is not the first time he has neglected To communicate, reply or respond to resolve the billing issue. He has a habit of turning our community water off without notice. Leaving the whole community without water. And no notifications on when water will be restored.. He refuses to respond to phone calls and text messages. When you try to find out why the water has been turned off.. ***** feels that since he owns the water company, he can do whatever he wants to do and does not have to respond to anybody.. I have tried to be nice and patient but my patience have ran out. I want ***** to adjust my bill. The way it should be. I have paid for 1 year from April 29th 2024. Through April 29th 2025.. $528 for 1 year. Including $16 service fee from ******* I paid.$44 To ***** on April 29th 2024. On Cash App for water service I also paid $500 on ****** on April 29th 2024. through my credit card.=$544.

    Our Community Well is constantly leaving a large population of residents with very low pressure or NO water on a regular basis. When you do get them on the phone, it's days before they come out. They NEVER have issued a Boil Notice! Ever! You never have any information about a time frame or what the issue is. Pipes are always busted under the roads. I have multiple images and dates for all of this. Brown water for days after a bandaid has been put on a pipe. They never have water bills correct and never check meters. They have no oversight from the city or county. This is beyond ridiculous at this point. We have sick, elderly, and small children in these homes. We should not be dealing with days out ofvthe month having no water!
