    On 20NOV2022 I purchased the MDG/IRF 4-16x50 at a gun show in *******, **********. As I was looking at these scopes the sales associate, *******************, out of ***** informed me on the specifications. He sold a golden scope with a beautiful limited lifetime warranty with 100% satisfaction or your money back guarantee. I purchased this product, once paid for he informed me that the latch ring was not available as he ran out of them. He continued to instruct me to call him the following week so I could give him my address details and he would send me the INCLUDED latch ring. I called him 25NOV2022 and 29NOV2022. Both times I left voicemails. On 06DEC2022 I finally found a phone number for this company. I called and spoke with ****. I explained my situation and frustration with the actual application of the scope. I inquired about money back guarantee and she informed me that she was not able to do that. However, she would send an email to **** as well as *** and ****, owners of this company, stating our conversation and my desire for a refund. Within a few hours I was contacted by **** who was obviously angered by my contacting the company. He was rude and told me he was not going to give me a refund as that is against company policy. When I inquired about customer satisfaction he said, you checked it out at the show you chose that scope and you bought it; therefore it is yours and no refund will be given! I again said, so even though *** only had it a week and a half youre telling me I am out $400.00 and theres zero resolution? He replied, yes, like I said I will send that latch ring and cover the shipping cost, send me your mailing address. Have a good day I said thats it huh? He said send me your address if you want the ring and hung up. Do NOT do business with this crooked company. My desire is a full refund!
