I purchased a travel package that included two all-inclusive resort stays, and a cruise or all inclusive options for a total of three vacations. I was given seven years to use these. I purchased from My Holiday Destinations, who went out of business last year and resgo.net took over. Resgo.net promised to honor my purchased vacations. I used one of those all inclusive vacations through Resgo and everything went fine back in May 2023. Now I get an email saying that I had only days to renew my vacation package or Ill lose my remaining vacations. After calling Resgo and speaking with someone they say, theyre now Vitgo and that they are calling all the customers of Resgo but are not honoring their vacation packages unless they pay for one more vacation package from Vitgo. The salesman wanted to get $500 out of me right then and there or I would lose all of my previously purchased vacations I had left. They say Resgo went out of business and they purchased their contracts. I hung up and called the numbers for Resgo and got Vitgo every time. Someone is responsible for taking my money and not honoring the purchase so I want my money back from Resgo or Vitgo or Holiday destinationsWhoever they may be. Of course I believe they are all the same company.

On 11/23/2020 I purchased 1 vacation with 3 bonus vacations from mycarribeanvacationinternational. I was able to use one vacation to ****** in 03/22. And was ready to book the second vacation, so I called in and was having trouble booking the cruise and they said the company was bought by another company (resgo.net). The next day (08/11/22) I got email stating I need to pay $571 that same day or they would terminate my certificate the next day. I talk to the supervisors and then an executive the next day to get an explanation. He would not give me a direct answer why he needed 571 to reactivate and said I would lose the money already put into the vacations if I did not reactivate. Things were not adding up, but didn't want to lose the money already invested. After reading more complaints I realized I got scammed.
