      November 2024. Entered into two contracts with RAM Construction for home improvement. 1) Renovation of screened in porch, 2) removal of water damage and restoration of library and porch wall damaged by water damage found when renovating screened in porch.

      Contractor refuses to complete job, back of house torn apart on two levels, using substandard materials contrary to agreement, refuses to pay his workers, they are coming to us for money, his workers are entering house without permission because contractor refuses to coordinate with us, contractor paying his workers less than he says and therefore causing workers to resent us and ask for money, refusal to finish job, contractor pleading that he has been arrested and other excuses for demanding money from us, we are 73 years old, contractor spending all money advanced to him and then refusing to order tile to finish job. This has been a fraud, a nightmare, a stressful situation and a threatening situation with workers resentment and them saying they are afraid because ********* knows where they live. We want the job completed as contracted.
